Está a poca distancia de hoteles de lujo, restaurantes, casino, farmacia, supermercados, alquiler de coches y mucho más. Está situado justo al lado del Hotel Intercontinental y El San Juan Resort and Casino. También está a 5 minutos del aeropuerto ya 10 minutos del Viejo San Juan. Te encantará mi lugar por su ubicación céntrica, vista espectacular, ambiente relajante y acceso privado directo a la playa.

The property is strictly NON-SMOKING. Failure to comply may result in Lessee (guest) being denied access to the property or immediate eviction with no refund of monies paid.
Not suitable for pets. Animals and/or pets are not permitted in the property under any circumstance.
No parties or events. In the event that an un-authorized event occurs this contract will be terminated immediately and all monies will be non-refundable.
No food or beverages are allowed at the pool or pool area.
You can use all the facilities of the Condo, swimming pools, tennis courts (if they are open), and basketball courts, except the Gym. Gym facilities are exclusive for owners, or people renting for more than three months.
When going to / from the pool and/or beach you must use the service elevators. Before coming back from the beach please clean yourself from any sand that adheres to your bathing suit, body or feet in the showers provided for that purpose in the park, and in the pool area.
Check-in is after 3PM. Early check-in time not authorized by Lessor (host) may result in an additional costs or denied access to the property.
Check-out is at 11am. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in Lessee being denied access to the property or immediate eviction and will result a penalty fee of $100.00USD.
Lessee will be responsible to leave the dishes, utensils, and appliances clean. All debris, rubbish, and trash is to be disposed of in the garbage bins located in the room at the end of where the service elevators are. Failure to comply will result in a $100.00 penalty fee.
Air Conditioner and/or electronic devices must be turned off while no one is in the rooms or area of the property. Electricity in Puerto Rico is almost 2.5 times the cost of Mainland in U.S.A. To avoid high electricity consumption and to reduce your carbon footprint is requested that A/C units be switched off when not in the property. Additional charges may apply should the air conditioner or electronic devices be left on after check-out.
Subsequent to Lessor’s inspection of the property, the lessor reserves the right to retain the security deposit in whole or in part in the following circumstances:
a. Damage in excess of normal wear and tear.
b. If linens or towels are lost or damaged.
c. Unreturned or loss of keys. There will be an additional charge of $50 per device.
d. Damage to furniture and/or counter tops will result in the loss of the entire security deposit.
Lessee must comply with maximum occupancy of people as specified and confirmed in the reservation. Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed may result in Lessee being denied access to the property or being evicted with no refund of all monies paid.
Please keep in mind this is a residential neighborhood, be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Lessor shall not be liable for events beyond his control which may interfere with Lessee’s occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God/Nature, outages of private service providers such as internet access, electrical or water services, drought due to dry season, fire, strikes, war, inclement weather, and loud noise. Lessees are to obey noise house rules in the area. NO REFUND will be issued in these circumstances.
