Reis Magos is a village located opposite Panaji and is right at the mouth of the River Mandovi as it enters the Arabian Sea! . The Nerul (Coco ) Beach is right at the foot of the colony. The Villa is surrounded among lush green forest on one side the Arabian Sea on the other.
The 2 bedroom Villa is situated in an upscale gated community that overlooks the Arabian sea. This Villa has 2 Double Bedrooms to very comfortably sleeps 4 persons . If there are additional guests they will be allotted in Villas / Studio at additional prices. These properties are in the same complex or 20 meters from the Villa that is booked.
Kitchen strictly to be used as pantry for (For Reheating Food), not for full-fledged cooking, hence Stove is not provided. It is Fully Equipped with electric kettle, microwave, Toaster & all essentials for preparing tea & coffee. Small Induction top provided on Request for Preparing Baby Food Only. Full-fledged cooking is Not Allowed.
Each bedroom overlooks the sea and the villa is a stone’s throw from Coco Beach and minutes away from the sought after beaches and party places of Candolim and Calangute which spoils you for choices in terms of a wide range of shopping and eating joints. The units are fully furnished and well equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms.
There is a washing machine provided for guests use and a clothes rack is provided for drying clothes.
There is common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
4) No Smoking is allowed inside the Villa only in Balconies/ Terrace not Suitable for pets, no parties or events, No Alcohol is allowed.
5) Do not relocate the furniture.
6) Small Induction top provided on Request for Preparing Baby Food Only. Full-fledged cooking is Not Allowed
7) Please do not Eat, Drink or Chew Gum on the Pool Area.
8)Babies / kids should be monitored / taken care by parents / caretakers, both inside and outside the villa including the common areas of the colony.
