Check ins/check outs can be flexible, just message me. This is our guest house for when family comes to visit. We have a brand new bathroom and a fully renovated kitchen. The house is fully stocked with new sheets, towels, mattress and more. The downstairs Master has a king size bed and closet with hangers. The second downstairs bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a closest, collapsable crib, and changing table. The first floor also has a cozy living room with a smart tv and a workspace. The dining room has built in cabinets and is beautifully lit. The galley kitchen has a new dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge and beautiful concrete countertops. It is fully stocked with dish ware and all one might need to cook and serve a beautiful meal. The laundry room has brand new full size washer and dryers along with an ironing board and iron for your use. The third bedroom is on the second floor. This well lit bonus room has a queen size bed and space to relax. Beautifully decorated and accented throughout. This house was designed for comfort and relaxation.
The house is centrally located in downtown Raleigh. You are walking distance from everything, along with the R-Line which is a free bus that circles downtown. Uber are around $6 during peek times, anywhere downtown. Great bars and restaurants, along with activities in downtown most weekends. The house is a couple houses away from a park and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

You will have access to the upper part of the house and the front yard. The back of the house and its deck are not part of this listing. The front porch is well lit and has chairs for enjoying the beautiful porch weather that Raleigh is known for.

We will be glad to help with questions and concerns throughout your stay. Either myself or my husband can help make sure your stay is enjoyable. We will have a calendar of local downtown events, local bars and restaurant suggestions (including some fun local spots that tourists rarely see), we also have a contact list of local farmers markets, gyms, short term child care, bakeries, salons, and so on to help make your stay as fun as possible. Give us an overview and we will try to help you enjoy Raleigh as much as we do.

We love kids, we have few of our own. We have pretty much everything you would need for all ages. We provide a crib, changing table, toys, high chairs, swing, sippy cups, and even a stroller upon request. Check with me before packing anything bulky bc chances are I have one you can use ;). We also love dogs! A $90 Nonrefundable Pet Fee will be added to every rental to cover the additional cleaning fee we have to pay for cleaning the unit after the pet vacates. For any stays over a week long there is an additional $90 per week additional Nonrefundable pet fee. We provide a bowel for food and a water bowel, a dog bed, poopie bags, and treats. Being a respectful visitor is key. Please try to keep food in the right places, small children in safe areas, and treat our home with kindness. We will provide highchairs, cribs and toys, please try to treat them nicely so that others may benefit from them too. If you are bringing a pet it must be approved by us first. Noise manners are important since this house is in a quiet neighborhood, excessive barking or wining is a sign your pup is in distress and isnt pleasant for the neighbors nor your fur friend. We will have a dog bed and food bowl, treats and gate.
Pet Policy: No pets UNLESS PERMISSION IS GRANTED ON A LIMITED BASIS. Please submit a reservation request describing your pet. If your pet barks while you're away or sheds a great deal then we ask that you not send a pet request. Any pets that make excessive noise will be asked to leave.
A $75 Nonrefundable Pet Fee will be added to every rental to cover the additional cleaning fee we have to pay for cleaning the unit after the pet vacates. Any stay over a week will be charged an additional $75/week non refundable pet fee.
Children/baby policy: we are happy to host kids of all ages and we try very hard to help make their stay as comfortable and happy as possible. But excessive noise/crying especially during typical sleeping hours 10pm to 8am will not be acceptable. (Aka not time to sleep train lol) If this becomes a problem you will have to leave.
(Basically kids and pets are welcome if they are travel friendly. This isn't a co space but there is a person below you.)
There is a lower apartment under the main house. Please be courteous.
The back deck is strictly for the lower apartment.
Nothing down the toilet but toilet paper. This is a vital rule. Any guest with children under 12 will be required to use Scott's Brand toilet paper (which will be provided)
Right now, due to pending permitting with the city, parking is in the street in front of the house. Please do not use the driveway, it is not fully our property.
We have dog baggies, please clean up after your furry companions.
