Angela's place was great! It was close to the beach and restaurants with a short, scenic walk to the Malecon. Although it was a steep climb to the studio from the beach, by the third day, I didn't even think about it. I would suggest using the Costa Linda address when arriving or departing to keep from having to transport luggage up and down the stairs.
Angela's mother, Maria, was there to greet me and I spoke to her everyday. Upon my arrival, she had left me fresh fruit and lemonade. She gave me tips about what to do, where to eat, and an occasional Spanish lesson.
The neighboring building has a pool which gets PLENTY of use but at night and in the morning, it was quiet. Although slightly obstructed by the another terrace, the view from the roof is great. I would go up every afternoon to read and again later to watch the sunset if I wasn't already on the beach.
The only thing my vanity wanted was to have a full-length mirror. Otherwise, there was nothing lacking during my stay. I felt at home and well taken care of. I would stay again!
