We had such a wonderful 2 week stay at Keris' apartment in Woolloomooloo. The apartment was new and so well equipped with everything we could need for our stay. Amazing to be in walking distance to Potts Point and the CBD and to ALSO have a car park. Gorgeous small but new apartment with air-con, balcony & parking. Thank you!!

The place itself was luxuriously furnished and perfect for two. The location is great for those who have a car. Might be a bit hard for people who walk to the stations and do note the space is flanked by public housing. We had some issues with check in, as stated in the other review, can only check in at the apartment itself from 2-6pm, anything after that we were asked to go to Cremorne which is across the bridge. This was resolved a few hrs before check in and we were met at the unit. However the entire process was extremely stressful as within 24hrs of finding this out most people are on plane to Australia.

Keris is not the owner of this property. She is an agent. Obtaining the key to the property was problematic. Effectively, we needed to know someone who could accept the key on our behalf, and then somehow, we were supposed to pick it up. This was unnecessarily stressful. It would be much better if the key could be put in a key safe within the letter box and the code changed for each new guest. On hot nights, when the airconditioner needs to be run, there is a design fault in the building, in that the compressor is located either in the ceiling or in a void behind the bed. This means it switches on an off about every 15 minutes. With the airconditioner off, you can't open the door for fresh air because of the road noise from the busy intersection below.

Hi Stephen. I'm sorry picking up the keys was problematic. Arnold advised me that he was unable to meet you at the property due to your arrival being at a later time on Christmas Eve. As I understand it Arnold tried to arrange for a friend to collect it on your behalf as unfortunately for security reasons we are not able to leave the keys for collection in the letter box as suggested. To try and amend for the inconvenience I understand Arnold arranged for a late check out for you on the day of your departure, and re-scheduled the exit clean so you could leave at 2.30pm as opposed to 10am. We have sent a technician to address the issue with the Air Conditioning and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We manage apartments across Sydney and have had 150+ reviews on Airbnb over the last 6 months with 46% of them being 5 stars and an average of 4.4 out of 5, I am confident that our services and processes work well but I'm so sorry things weren't right for your stay.
