We are located near River Park, just a half-block walk from downtown - on a path along the Blue River and across a pedestrian bridge - and also only a short walk to the gondola (about 250 yards).

River Mountain Lodge is a European-style lodge with hotel amenities.

Our beautiful condominium, E219, is located on the second floor of the River Mountain Lodge and has a comfortable living area, modern kitchen, one bedroom, and a recently updated full bathroom. It offers all of the comforts of home, but with the hotel-style amenities of the lodge (listed below.) Our 620 square foot condo was recently remodeled and is non-smoking. It sleeps four with a king size bed in the master bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a private washer/dryer inside the condo, so you can pack light or even clean-up before heading home. And there are decks, overlooking the courtyard, located off both the bedroom and the dining area.

River Mountain Lodge is situated beside the beautiful Blue River, between and just steps away from both the Four O’clock ski run gondola, which is just across the street, and downtown Breckenridge which is across a picturesque walking bridge. We are also right next to the Breckenridge Event Center with all of its events, classes, and workshops.

Ski home for lunch or at the end of an exhilarating day. Catch the FREE shuttle at our front door to go to any of the other lifts in town, or even to other nearby resort towns: Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. (Ski shuttles to Vail are also available.)

The lodge is a non-smoking facility. It offers an inviting fireside lounge. There is a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool, and a total of FOUR indoor and outdoor hot tubs are available to guests. And there is also a sauna, a steam room, and a fitness center! (The fitness center even has a shower and changing area to clean-up after skiing, in case you have already checked out of the condo.) A ski closet offers complimentary ski, snowboard, and bike storage. And there are ski, bike, and video rental facilities right on site. There is even a bakery/restaurant onsite serving breakfast and fresh bread until 1:00 PM.

Park in the FREE, heated underground garage and you’ll have no need for your car for the rest of your stay; the condo is only an elevator ride away! Walk or take a shuttle anywhere.

Watch a movie on our 32” HDTV entertainment system with DVD player in the living room, or catch the news while you dress for dinner on the 20” HDTV in the bedroom. You can catch-up online with the free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is well-equipped. It was totally remodeled about five years ago, and you can see that it is in excellent condition in our photos (taken in the Fall of 2015.) It should have all that you would need to prepare meals while you are there, including small appliances, dishes, flatware, pots, pans and glassware. The bathroom has a wall-mounted hair dryer.

Sit by our living room gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes, or step onto the balcony for courtyard and mountain views. Eat-in using our full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area – a grocery store is just 3 blocks away - or walk downtown in minutes to enjoy dozens of restaurants and shops.

In warm weather you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking on one of many trails, white-water rafting, horseback riding, fly fishing, or visit historical landmarks with 1800s Victorian charm. (Breckenridge is a REAL town, not just a resort.) There is a bike trail just a block away.

River Mountain Lodge maintains two check-in desks. One is on the lobby level, and is operated by Vail Resorts for their guests. The other one – the one we use – is located on the river side of the building; down one level from the lobby and next to the ski/bike rental shop. It is operated by Wyndham Vacation Rentals for the benefit of their guests and for owners like us who choose to offer our unit for rental through AirBnb. When checking in, please park at the front entry of River Mountain Lodge (100 S. Park Ave., Breckenridge, CO 80424 - Phone: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), and take the east elevator down to the parking level. Our check-in desk is open from 7am to 11pm. After-hours check-in is available by phone.

What a great unit. I literally walked to the market and if it were ski season could have walked to the gondola for Breckenridge. The outdoor pool and hot tub were quite enjoyable and John's choice to label cabinets to make it easy to find items was especially appreciated. Definitely recommend

This is right in the heart of Breckenridge and the Blue River is right outside the complex. It is a condo complex but it was very quiet. I will certainly use this unit again in the future. For skiing, the gondola is only 3 blocks away.

We had a wonderful stay at John's place! A day on the slopes, afternoon walk to town and an evening by the fire made this a perfect getaway weekend. We could not be more satisfied! Check in/out were simple and the location cannot be beat.

Convenient spot right down town. Excellent access to restaurants and shopping and the complimentary parking made the whole stay super easy.
