Hi Tracy, thanks for feedback. We always send instructions at least 2 days or 2hrs, depending on the booking time, BEFORE check-in. Otherwise, would be very frustrating to our guest to check-in and ultimately to us. We found out, you did not had any experience with Airbnb and did not know how to check the e-mail sent to you with instructions nor the Smartphone Airbnb app and did not get the messages, not until you got to location even though you specifically told us, you had received it prior to arrival. You were asking all the questions which instructions answered which you stated you had them with you. We understand everyone is different and need special assistance, we did not care at all and guide you through it without any problems, at the end of the day, that's what we love to do. Best to you!
