Rent both spare rooms in my house!
Ideal for a family travelling together or a group of 3-4 people. One double and one single room in a Victorian semi-detached house. There is a large shared bathroom and the rooms are airy, bright and recently decorated.
The single room can be turned into a twin but this is not ideal for longer stays as when both beds are in use, there is little floor space and limited access to storage.
The city centre and football stadia are easily accessible.
Welcome to my house!
I kindly ask you to read the whole listing before you book!
While the bedrooms and bathroom are cosy and attractive, I am still refurbishing the downstairs whenever I have time.
The space is perfect for those who prioritise a comfortable bed and a great bath and shower, and while access to the kitchen is limited, you always have access to a kettle, toaster and microwave!
My room is up in the eaves, up on the second floor. If you need urgent help, call on me!

I live in this house and often work here too, so I am around to answer questions.
When you first arrive I need to show you a couple of peculiarities of the house, mainly the front door lock. Otherwise I expect you have better things to do than to hang around here all day!
There is a handbook in your room with loads of links, tips and information!
Hello and welcome to my home!
You have your own key and I want you to have a great time in the house and in Liverpool as a whole, feel free to be independent and to come and go as you please!
I return I ask you to understand that this is my house and I live here, often there will be other guests staying in the room next to yours and my neighbours have young children and jobs.
I am renovating the house myself and am still working on the ground floor.
Please let me know if you are planning to use the kitchen during your stay, as access is limited.
•Do not bring people to the house who are not booked to stay here, unless agreed with me in advance.
•Please keep any noise to a respectable level, especially between 9pm and 8am.
•Do not interfere with the heating, or any other settings – they are on a timer! If you need to change the timings, please let me know.
•Dispose of rubbish and recyclable items in a responsible way.
Basically, be kind, respectful and considerate. That’s it!
