11. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents.

12. Tenant agrees not to access the “owner’s closet”, even if unlocked, which contains cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults. The owners closet is located just inside the main front entry way or some apartments in other places throughout the apartment.

13. Tenant is advised that if the property contains a gas stove and cooktop, gas heating, gas grill, and other gas powered items and will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood.

14. Since we do have a vast inventory of properties we do try to give the exact unit that was described in the initial correspondence but there is no guarantee that it will be the exact unit. If the exact property is not available, the landlord, at its discretion, reserves the right to provide a similar unit type with the same amount of bedrooms.

15. Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.

16. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.

Well we checked in early... when we arrived they told us check in wasn't until 3 in a ride was once I informed the securit guard we had n early check in he made a face n double checked n let us in. Once we went into the place it looked different than the pictures on the website still a very nice place but little did the website say it was under construction. The main reason we booked this place was for the view. N unfortunately we had no access to the balcony!! For the view!! We had to remain inside which was a huge upset!!! The place seemed somewhat clean but as we went into the main bathroom the door knob was broken it was missing the inside piece of the door knob which every time anyone would use that bathroom we literally had to call someone else to open the door!! (Really frustrating because sometimes it would take up to 10 mins for someone to open the door) There was a white cocking gun in the tub n in the sink as if someone left n unfinished job!! We ignored it n started settling in. N hour later a person showed up to finish the job put the other side of the door knob in (which eventually fell off lol) There was no where to throw trash away? Like no dumpsters we asked management they said leave tras in the hallway but two days n no one picked up so we put the trash in the kitchen instead. THE WORST PART IS THAT WE WERE CHARGED an additional cleaning fee of $150 on top of the $175 we had already because we left all the trash in the kitchen. The door knob that we supposedly BROKE! According to them we were charged $50!!!!! Lol must have been a sweet door knob. Lol Anyway if this place wasn't under construction they had toilet paper and betteries in the tv remotes n the place was actually ready ready it would've been a better experience.... they can shove those $200 up their behinds. If your booking this place make sure it's ready to be checked into. Communication was great. To bad the place was shit.

Overall a great place :) This place is really close to the beach, so definitely a perfect location. However, there is construction work, so there is no balcony now and we were quite disappointed about this. The host is very responsive and the check-in was very fast and easy.
