I find Charla's feedback conflicting, partially incorrect ad very critical. First I don't have a live in boyfriend. My partner stays with me, when I have airbnb guests, he also sleeps in my sons room. Second, we strive to stay out of the way of our guests for their comfort. Also my sons ages are 12 and 17 , they both attend school, so they are not home during the day. As far as the beeping sound, it was due to a power outage the day before she arrived, I had an appointment with the company, but re-scheduled because she asked for an early check-in time of 10am, she had me wait for until 12:30pm. Also the faint beeping sound is in the laundry room, which you can not hear from the guest room, unless your in the kitchen and when the laundry room door is opened. The laundry room has a door and is 50feet from the guest room. Charla had many, many requests, from a to-go cup ( which I gifted her a new water bottle), to wanting to borrow my personal computer and my tablet, a glass cup, and a bag. She claim the room to be stuffy but refused to turn on the ceiling fan, and I did turn up the AC for her comfort. I also made myself available to her by giving you my cell phone #, which she texted me a few times and I responded. She also requested a late check out which I granted. Charla seemed to be very needy and demanding, and my airbnb listing doesn't offer butler service. After reviewing her past comments on her profile, there seems to be little positive feedback on her part on places she stayed. She may want to consider staying at the Ritz-Carlton with 24 hour butler service.
