All parts of the townhouse can be accessed including the lock up garage. The small backyard is technically shared by all occupants in the block, as are small areas outside the other townhouses. It is recommended that guests only use the small space directly outside the townhouse but bear in mind that other occupants are technically allowed in this space. This does not include the patio which is exclusive to our guests only.

We do not live on site. However we do live close by and are available most of the time outside business hours. In holiday season, we may not be available in person because hopefully we are airbnb-ing elsewhere, however we can be contacted on mobiles (sometimes we are unable to answer the phone promptly during working hours) or email. We also have some property managers including our cleaner who can be contacted if you are having difficulty contacting us.
Also as per AirBNB suggestions, we do like to know a bit about our guests before accepting a booking, so please include this in your booking request. For e.g., we like to know your names, ages, if you have transport, why you are wanting to stay and what you are planning to do whilst here, because this helps us feel safe in having you stay.

House Rules: This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

A lovely house so close to the beach and the best coffee shop right next door, plus the Ettalong Markets, cinema and restaurants. It is a lovely, spacious 3 bed house with everything you could need. Outside covered deck which unfortunately we didn't get to use as it was winter when we stayed, but can imagine it being a lovely spot in Spring or Summer. Susannah was very easy to communicate with, and very prompt with answers to questions and directions etc on the day we arrived. We really look forward to coming again. Thanks!

A cosy and well-equipped house very close to all the amenities one would need for a stay. Host is very hospitable and responses quickly to any queries or needs. The house is just as described and would suit a family with children. Highly recommended.

Great place, FANTASTIC LOCATION. Wonderful little get away in paradise. You literally will not need to use the car once you get there. Shopping, dining, cafe, movies and INCREDIBLE NATURE AT ITS BEST all a walk out the front door.

My college and I had a really nice stay in Susannahs house. it is a bit squeezed in, but very nice and clean, and there is everything You need for cooking etc. Shops and cafe's are just around the corner and the beach 100m's away. Good value for a family on holiday or a few guy's on a job.

We moved to the Central Coast NSW in 2004 from Sydney and have loved the lifestyle change. Jeff is a teacher and also enjoys writing and building. Recently we completed our house extension and the studio with loft unit and had a great time planning and decorating. Now we just need visitors! Susannah is a speech pathologist and also works locally. We have two children. We love travelling, camping, kayaking, surfing and the beach lifestyle.
