Newly renovated unit in Nov 2016
Privately owned unit, in an older style resort, beach side, and only a 6 minute walk to the beach, close to Surfers nightlife and just metres from Light rail stop with 1 stop to Casino, Broadbeach and Surfers.
This cosy unit has a kitchen with all cooking needs, bathroom with guest amenities and a lovely open plan living area, large flat screen tv and 2 small balconies.
Also a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, squash court with free use of equipment.
This unit has been renovated to a very nice standard.
A tastefully decorated lounge room, with dining table and chairs, a large sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests and a flat screen tv and dvd player with a collection of dvd's, books for children and adults.
A comfortable bedroom which sleeps 2, air-conditioning and a cosy back balcony off the bedroom.
A clean bathroom with clothes washer, towels, hand towels, bath mats,
Guest accessshampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toilet paper, hairdryer and hair straightner.
A small well equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, large fridge, microwave, rice cooker, cutlery and plates for children and all you would need to cook.
There is also a free BBQ at the resort where you can cook outdoors.
There is a supply of coffee, tea, sugar, milk and even hot chocolate! Also salt, pepper, teatowels, washing up liquid, spray and wipe with chux and sponge. Some extra bin bags too. All you would need for your stay!
There is a small balcony north facing, overlooking the pool and lots of palm trees where you can catch the morning sun and relax.
As it is on the 2nd floor and at the end of the building, you have a nice private view and no neighbours on one side. There is also a small balcony off the bedroom where you can sit and sip your morning coffee.
Sofa-bed linens will be left on the sofa (when there are more than 2 guests booked), an iron, ironing board, an umbrella, extra bed quilts and pool towels can be found in the wardrobe.
This is not a big unit (44 sq mtres) but it is compact, well designed with everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

You have the whole unit.
This is an older style resort with outdoor shared pool, tennis court, squash court and secure gated garage where you have a complimentary car space.
Balls and rackets are free of charge at reception.
There is also wifi available at reception for a small charge. AU$2 for 2 GB and AU$5 for 5 GB. Please note: The resort wifi is not very reliable and guests have told me it has weak signal so please take this into consideration when booking my unit if wifi is important for you. The resort wifi has nothing to do with the booking of my unit and is out of my hands.
Please remember you are booking a private unit in this resort and you are a private guest, not a resort guest.

The resort manager is available for any EMERGENCIES.
Otros aspectos destacables
There is a guest book on the table with lots of information about the unit. It advises how to use the sofa bed and what to do for check out and the keys. It also has maps I have prepared for you showing where the beach is, the light rail and nearby restaurants. There are also brochures for all the theme parks and other things to do! Enjoy.
This unit is a private listing and has nothing to do with the management at Club Surfers. For all inquiries or help needed please contact the host Patricia.
Please note that check in is strictly 2pm until 5pm. (unless other arrangements have been made)
Any arrivals after 5pm will need to pay the Meet and Greet person a $30.00 fee payable apon arrival in cash.
Please go through the guest book on the table for all info and help.
This is a no party unit.
The nightly price is for 3 guests. Additional guest will cost $30.00 per night.
Please respect your neighbours and keep it down after 10pm.
Any breakages, damages, stain on the sofa or rug will be applied to your bond.
Please ensure to leave the keys in the key safe on the balcony and text me when you depart - info in the guest book.
