I will no longer rent the adjacent bedroom at the same time as the large studio bedroom, to ensure privacy.
I just double checked the Airbnb listing and nowhere is there a place to show that I have pets. Although my listing clearly states that pets are allowed. So there should be no surprise. I would suggest that if pets are a problem for you that you ask your host about that before booking.
As for the mouse traps, living on a country property we have to avoid having field mice in the house. So it's either you see a trap, or you see mice. You may have heard them in the walls, but the traps would keep them from entering the space.
I was not trying to bribe you, I just did not want you to say the room was dirty when it had been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. The bed linens and towels were freshly washed Your review said: "Your guest suggested that your space could be cleaner in the following areas: odours, floors and carpet, towels and linens."
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IT WAS THAT YOU DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THE LINENS AND TOWELS. THANK YOU.
I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, as many others have in the past, which the reviews show. I realize that the main issue was privacy, which I have now addressed for future guests. Again, my apologies.
