Otros aspectos destacables
For twelve years, Rancho Los Rosales served as headquarters and safe house for a 501(c)(3) - NGO welcoming and transitioning home hundreds of returned Peace Corps Volunteers*. Many Fulbright scholars and other intellectuals like NAU's honor societies have also visited the ranch. Rancho Los Rosales has served as a staging area providing put in/take out for many private "international" float trips through the Grand Canyon. Most notably rafters came from the former Soviet Union, Italy and Germany.
If you want a tour of the ranch, please advise and I will invite you to the "Noble Barn", where there is a stage, private bar, dance floor, play area and full banquet kitchen. Poets, story tellers, musicians and dancers are always wecome to perform. Cross country atheletes/skiers might want to run/ski the El Paso Gas pipe line easement. Right out the back gate is an excellent high altitude training area.
*Discounts available for returned Peace Corps Volunteers.
