Welcome to our guesthouse at 'Field of Dreams' Farm. We bought this historic 20 acre property in 2008. The Guesthouse was built onto the farmhouse in 2009 and is the perfect place for a restful night's sleep or recharging retreat. There is a pond area and secret garden. Access inside the barn is also permitted to guests. We are close to Interstate 71 and major destinations like: Kings Island, Wilmington College, & Roberts Center and the World Equestrian Center (formerly Roberts Arena)
The Historic Bicentennial Barn, circa 1860, sits on 20 acres of land that was purchased in 2008 by Ian and Kris. They subsequently named the property 'Field of Dreams'. 15 acres of the land is organically farmed by our dear local farmer. The property is a special place; perfect for getting away from the rigors of everyday life, yet close to cities such as Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton. The property is a historic landmark and very visible to motorists on interstate 71. Due to its convenient location on the highway, it is a great place to stay while traveling. Better still, Ian and Kris have been hosting people for over 30 years; dating back to their time living in Sheffield, England. We will ensure your stay is comfortable, leaving you refreshed when you leave!

Few main rules:
-We are fortunate to be protected by our two furry friends; black lab sisters Bonnie and Beauty. They are wonderful dogs towards people they know; however, they are protective of the home. Please do not approach them without one of us present. They are on an electric fence so can't get to you on the driveway. With this in mind, it is important to communicate check-in times so we can have them put away when you arrive.
-please strip all used bed linen before leaving- this helps our cleaning process.
-please report any damages asap- we just want to make sure we replace or fix items before our next guests arrive.
This accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Children under 12yr by prior arrangement.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION.
