The flat lies in the San Polo neighborhood, two/three minutes on foot from the Rialto Bridge. The flat is fully furnished, partially with antique furniture. It is well equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people. In case of necessity, there is a cot for children up to the age of four. There is a movable air conditioning unit. The San Polo neighborhood and the flat are extremely nice, picturesque and with a full Venetian taste.

This is a perfect little flat for a Venice get away! The house is a little slice of history and is in a cool, lively neighborhood and easy walking access to almost anywhere we wanted to go including the Rialto Bridge (super close) and Saint Mark's square. Super easy also to walk to the Vaporetto stop. Isabella's communication was awesome on everything including check in check out, notes on the house but also any questions we had about Venice and transportation to the airport, etc. I highly recommend Isabella and her fairy flat.

This is a great apartment! It has a decent location, the only thing I wish was different is no a/c! There is a portable ac unit that actually doesn't cool off the room at all for night. I recommend this place but not to anyone who can't live without the a/c in the summer. And the fourth person has to sleep on the couch. But Isabella is easy to get in touch with and communicate with! Great place!

Isabella's left very, very detailed instructions for check in, watering plants, how to work appliances, etc. prior to arriving. Just be ready to step back in time when you enter her apartment! Right on the water, it is very charming and full of character. However, it definitely does not sleep 4 people unless someone sleeps on a couch- there is one queen bed and one twin day bed that pulls out from under the couch. Not sure we could have comfortably slept more than the 3 people we had! Also, be prepared to pay an extra euro or two for gas and have some trash takeout duties. Wifi is also a bit spotty and didn't seem to work on our phones majority of the time. That's said, it is located in a great locations, close to many restaurant and shops, as well as a great view over a canal!

isabella gave us amazing restaurant and logistics information. even though she was not there to meet us we felt very welcomed. the flat is charming and centrally located. the san polo square is amazing. my two daughters (age 8 and 11) and I loved the fairy flat. it was nice to have a place to play uno during the rain, and head out to the shops when many of the tourists had already left. I recommend pronto porter to help get your bags and to find your way to the flat. we used the service on the way back and it was very helpful. definitely eat at del fire. make masks at ca'macca and do an arte De sol your. we loved learning to row in the canal with row venice. and we had to get crepes twice at cocaeta. so many fun memories. my girls have already asked when we are coming back. thank you isabella!!!

This is a lovely one bedroom about a 7 min walk from the Rialto bridge and only a 3 minute walk from the San Sebastian vaparetto stop. Definitely pay for a pass ($60 for 7 days) and jump on and off the vaporetto's. Everything is walkable, but it is about 20 or 25 min to St. Mark's walking, but if you ride a vaparetto you get to enjoy a little boat ride and walk less. You can also ride it to Murano and Burano, so you do not have to pay extra to explore other islands. There are little bakeries within a 10 minute walk, and the Rialto produce and fish market (open in the AM's is only a 7 min walk also. Get a museum pass - it is a great deal and you get to check out different palazzos.

Respuesta de Isabella:
Dear Arun, as you appreciated the painting of the lady on the couch, and the real couch that was there, I wish to let you know that the painting was made by a Dutch painter whose name is Escha VAN DEN BOGERD who now lives in New Zealand and who was at the house several times and painted dozens of young girls seated on that couch or on the little arm-chairs in the sitting room. If you wish you can visit her site (URL HIDDEN) and discover more about her paintings and her love of the fairy little house (look at rilassare, volere, tacere, stanotte, obumbrata, passata, cordiale, intensità, courtesy, classico 2, fedele, etc. Isabella
