Our newly remodeled home offers huge vaulted ceilings with comfortable seating and wonderful vintage collectibles and art. In the living room, LED HD flat screen television with free cable, lots of games and lending library hidden in the mid century credenzas!
Just off the living room awaits your fully enclosed private patio and yard, gorgeous deep blue pool with lounge furniture and gas grill. Pool toys and floats can be found in the closet of the second bedroom.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything your inner chef could want from stainless appliances, quartz counter tops, new cookware and dishes, to beautiful glasses and bar ware, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and open views to living and dining room.
Sound system, full size washer and dryer, central heat and air, high speed WiFi and 2 bicycles are all at your disposal.
The 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 king) have top of the line mattresses, pillows and bedding. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom. Both bathroom stocked with amenities. Towels and bed linens and pool towels provided.
The Hideaway is truly that... a quiet place for relaxation and reflection. A place to have fun, swim, cook, watch the stars and make memories with family and friends. This is NOT a party house. Please look else where if this is the type of vacation you require. We have dear neighbors that we care deeply about and are close to. We expect you to respect this quiet neighborhood as we do.
Important things to note:
Palm Springs noise ordinances are strictly enforced. No outdoor music is allowed per the City. Noise complaints by neighbors will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rental costs and full security deposit.
Renters must be 25 or older. Parents with children welcome.
Dogs not allowed on furniture or beds.
All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% - TOT Permit #6575. This tax is NOT included in the nightly rate.
Rates are higher for holidays and special events such as Coachella, Desert Trip, White Party, Dinah Shore Weekend etc.
Weekly rates do not apply during special event weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
Rates subject to change until reservation confirmed.
$500 Security Deposit required.
One time cleaning fee $225. Additional $60 if you bring a pet.
Optional pool heating is available @ $50 per day.
Stays of one month or longer pays actual utility charges.
