This spectacular 2600 square foot luxury private home is located in a gated community with security guards. This private beach community is ideally set next to one of the only year around protected beaches with tropical vegetation, lots of white sand, and crystal clear water. You simply walk out of the house with your folding chair and walk 150 feet to the quiet beach. Although the house is a short walk or drive to the village of Kona, the quiet neighborhood and oceanfront setting ensure that you can be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the waves breaking and the ocean breeze in the palms. If you prefer, just hang around in the private pool.

Our home has everything you need for fine dining and entertaining. The kitchen is roomy, with a center island stove top and bar. We have mature tropical landscaping that captures the spirit of the islands. The home is designed for comfortable, relaxed Hawaiian living and features lanais and a swimming pool. It is beautifully furnished with everything to make your vacation as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room entertainment area. All the rooms have remote controlled fans to keep the home cool.

The master suite has a king size bed, and a walk-in shower for 2. It also has a private bath. The guest bedrooms have queen beds. Each guest bedroom has its own lanai with views of the tropical landscaping. The den also has a queen hide-a-bed which opens to the first floor lanai and swimming pool. The den has its own shower and bathroom.

There is a 5 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

Wonderful secluded location. Entire staff was very responsive. Beach/lagoon was less than a minute walk. Water was very warm (in the summer), saw many types of fishes in the shallow lagoon.

We had a great time in this house. Works for families and multiple adult small groups. Kitchen is very well equipped and the grill perfectly functional so we had some great group meals in the dining room. You open the sliding doors on the front and back of the house and the sea breezes come thru. It is across the street from the ocean front homes on a very quiet street and at the beach steps away is a cool thing cooled the queen's bath. The ocean breaks over a natural wall of Lava rocks and creates this large, sandy pond of sea water that is about 5 feet deep at high tide. Great beach for young children up our adults only group thought this was a great place for a late afternoon swim. We suggest the owner's compliment the 4 beach chairs in the garage with a couple of umbrellas. We could have used a couple at the beach. Pool seemed larger to me in the photo than reality but it is just long enough to do laps so we were happy with it, clean but needs resurfacing. Pool area right off kitchen was a great place to hang out and talk and have breakfast every morning. Dish washer on the way out so needs replacing. Window AC unit in master bedroom was loud but no one really used AC anyway as the sea breezes and ceiling fans made for a good nights sleep. Master bedroom has a king, the other 3 rooms are queens, some mattresses better than others but they were acceptable. We loved this house and had a memorable experience there. Was hard to leave it.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
