Perfect for a long staycation, away from it all in the peace and quiet of the woods. Unlimited broadband/WiFi means you can work from home & still recharge your batteries

El alojamiento
You will have the entire cottage to yourself. Dogs and muddy cyclists are welcome! The cottage backs onto the cycle trail in the Forest. It is great for serious MTB and downhill riding as well as leisure cyclists. There is immediate access onto the cycle path outside the cottage.

We have updated our cleaning routine to meet the new Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol.

There is a spacious 20' lounge with a Laura Ashley oak dining room table that seats 6. The fine Italian leather Marks and Spencer 3 piece suite is very comfortable. The original stone wall of the coach house is exposed providing a lovely feature with original beams in the bedrooms. Use the bluetooth speaker provided to stream your iPod/iphone. There is a smart tv so don't forget your Netflix password! Internet access through the smart TV. There is a DVD player which plays CDs and an Xbox360 - bring your own games. There are some DVDs provided along with some books and games for both children and adults.
We provide broadband via WiFi.
There is a 14' master bedroom, 12' second bedroom, bathroom with full size bath and electric shower over, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 singles in the other. There is room for a travel cot provided if you need one. There is a good quality metal action sofa bed with a brand new deluxe sprung mattress in the lounge which is suitable for a short stay. The sofa bed is not a full size double and therefore not suitable for 2 adults.

There is a 30' secure fenced garden, that includes the original Georgian walled garden. Wooden outdoor seating. Birds frequent the garden including the rare Haw Finch. We provide a selection of bird food and a reference book so that you can watch and identify the birds. We have a number of local maps for you to borrow setting out local bike and walking trails.
A vintage 1950's Brexton bone china picnic set and wicker basket give the perfect excuse for a picnic down by the stream - ask and we can give directions to the perfect spot!
Sleeps up to 6 if you use the sofa bed and camp bed provided. Our guests tell us that the beds are really comfortable.
We provide all consumables such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder for the washing machine, kitchen roll, toilet rolls etc.

For your health and safety we do not provide bed linen. You will need to bring double or single duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We have just bought new duvets, pillows and duvet/pillow/mattress protectors.

The cottage is deep cleaned after each visit to ensure it is sparkling clean and for your reassurance.
