Firstly, I want to make sure you know I'm here to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable for you as possible! Please dont hesitate to contact me throughout your stay through airbnb messenger or phone.

A few house rules and requirements.


No Smoking in flat or out the window ; Not suitable for Pets ; No Parties or Events


Do not turn on towel racks in bathroom


Apartment is to be kept clean throughout stay


Dispose of any garbage and garbage bags in a timely fashion. Garbage bags are go outside and left nearest the street curb

Standard cable channels in living room and apple tv is available . Please login with your personal apple ID. Also make sure to log out before you check out. I dont give my personal apple ID anymore due to charges I have incurred In the past from past guests.

I provide initial essentials for your arrival but they are your responsibility to pick up after first few days

Only hand soap but no other toilet trees included. So please bring your own shampoo since this is not listed on the house amenities.

Please contact me to adjust heating.

All garbage is to be taken out and left on street curb near lamppost.

Please take a look over the house manual on my airbnb. I want to highlight a few house rules even though they are listed.

There is no smoking aloud in the apartment or outside the window.

You can smoke on balconies, but please ash and dispose of all cigarettes safely. No cigarettes butts are to be left outside on balcony.

No loud noise in the hallway or in the apartment and no loud music.

Due to the all dates being left open for guests there is an extra £60 fee that is to be left at the property for replenishing essentials and everything else used used in the apartment, gratuity for cleaning lady, and any extra cleaning that is needed.

Excelente el departamento de Andrew! Todo nuevo, funcionando a la perfección. Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos del metro y de un mercado. Realmente nada para criticar. Un placer la estadia.

A homish modern apartment in the best location one could ask for,with a next door cafe and everything so close by.An ideal apartment for 2-3 people.I traveled with my 2 older boys who enjoyed their privacy .The apartment had everything you actually need,all very clean&tidy and in a very good condition.The outdoor balcony in the upper floor is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee.Tube station were close by,we used HOLBORN or COVENT GARDEN.On the day of arrival Denise ,who lives near by let us in and was very pleasent to us.Everything was just perfect toour opinion and i defenitly would reccomend it to others.

We arrived to London in the morning, and we were allowed to check in early, which we highly appreciated. Denise, who showed us the apartment, also went with us to the street to show us the nearest grocery. (There is also a supermarket but it opens only at noon on Sundays.) Our party included my wife and I (in one bedroom), plus my son and his son, age 4 (in the other bedroom). We stayed in the house for one week, and we were happy with our choice. We liked to walk a lot, and we enjoyed the central location. It looks like the apartment was renovated recently, and everything in the kitchen and the bathrooms is new and clean. Some people may find the stairs difficult to handle, but we traveled with hand luggage and it was not a problem.

This is a must-stay location for your holiday to London. The flat has the perfect layout and had just enough space for 3-4 people. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom in it, while the other is right across the doorway from the entrance to the 2nd bedroom. It's a quick and easy walk (5 min) to Covent Garden & Holborn tube station. The surrounding borough is fabulous with lots of great pubs, restaurants, and shopping! There is a local pub right next door which can play loud music on Friday and Saturday nights, but was nothing that would deter me from staying again. It was a great spot to stop for a pint after a day of exploring! Check-in was seamless with Andrew's neighbor, Denise. Definitely a five star review!
