This private and secluded 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom stylish warehouse is situated in an iconic heritage listed pharmacist laboratory. Positioned adjacent to Smith Street, with Brunswick Street and Gertrude Street only a short stroll away. You will be entering a Foodie's Paradise, staying amongst some of the best restaurants and cafe's that Melbourne has to offer!

This space is perfect for couples, business travellers and families (with kids). A secure car park in a garage is also included.

This two bedroom / two bathroom Collingwood warehouse is unique and spectacularly located. A one minute walk and you will be standing in the centre of Smith Street.

The downstairs bedroom has bifold doors which can be closed for privacy however the upstairs loft bedroom is open to the property and does not have doors. Each bedroom has its own ensuite including separate showers.

Fantastic apartment in a great suburb. Tastefully decorated, comfy beds, and good heating for the cold Melbourne weather we experienced! The little snacks and drinks waiting on our arrival were warmly welcomed after a long flight. Will definitely be back :)

A really nice air BnB. It was clean easy to access excellent location had all the amenities required and more. Host was excellent very responsive and not intrusive. Great Melb stay. Recommend.

This bright and airy and 'Matt Blatt' colourful apartment is in a brilliant location, near to the hub of Fitzroy's Smith St yet secluded and quiet. The check-in was seamless, as were the instructions for the house - wifi code etc. Comfortable beds and sofa, clean bathrooms and kitchen, functioning laundry equipment etc. It is a minute's walk into Coles through the back of their carpark for supplies. The kitchen is quite basic if you are planning to cook, but has everything for most simple needs. The heating was easy to work and I loved the key pad for the front door, so easy to operate and not the worry of losing the keys. The apartment is open plan so it wasn't a problem for me on my own. Highly recommend.

It's as good as it looks on the picture and better. I loved the place! Super quiet despite being very close to nice and buzzing streets. Super clean and very well stocked with small satchels of laundry powder, shampoo &body wash, dishwasher tablets, cooking needs, it's all there. As an experienced Airbnb traveller and provider, this one rates high!

This is a good place to stay in a great location in Collingwood. You couldn't be better located as basically all the attractions of Collingwood and Fitzroy are walking distance. This is good place for people travelling on business (as we were) as you can easily share with colleagues although the downstairs bedroom is not exactly soundproof as it is separated from the living area with bi-fold doors. Blake, who manages the place through an Airbnb management service, was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions about check in and check out. We didn't have to contact him during our stay but we knew how to do so if the need had arisen. But all up, this listing represents fair value for those travelling on business and is ideally located.
