Dear Ashley Thanks for your review and sharing your experience on my Airbnb although I guess that your opinion has been influenced by my negative answer about your request of money compensation.
First of all I provide machine again mosquitoes in order to give a better service to my guest . The last night, on the third night , you had problem ( but you could understood by yourself if you plugged in something and the light go off what is making electric issue , in my opinion ....)
After your phone call I sent you immediately someone ( the kindly owner of the restaurant “ Osteria 40 Ladroni “ and in 2 hours he understood what was making electric interference but could be faster with your help )
At the end I spend 2 hours to understand the problem and I resolved it and instead of receive gratitude or a text saying thanking you was asking money ...
Last but not least :
after your arrival I demanded you if everything was ok in the apartment and now you wrote that was not well cleaned... why not during your stay ????
