My place is close to the Ski slope. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the ambiance, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups (10 maximum).

The Ski in/ Ski out access is available with a short walk and most suitable for intermediate and higher skiers.

These property policies are firm and are taken as accepted when you book our home. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. All guests must be 28 years of age or over to reserve and stay in our property; immediate eviction will occur if under age are found in the home without parents. Children with their family are, of course, welcome. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone and through a third party and do not meet the age requirement. This policy is strictly enforced and no refund will be issued either prior or during your stay.Ski in/ski out access is beyond our control due to inclement weather. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen closures and it is the guest's responsibility to determine whether ski in/ski out access is available. For booking the minimum age is 28. Children with their family are, of course, welcome. The maximum number of people staying in the home at any time is ten. Absolutely no smoking. Absolutely no parties or special events can be hosted in the property and premises without prior written permission. NO stag/stagettes are permitted. Such gatherings will result in immediate eviction. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone and through a third party and do not meet the age requirement. This policy is strictly enforced and no refund will be issued either prior or during your stay. The person securing the booking must check in and will be required to present identification documentation upon check-in. We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property. By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) as outlined in this document. We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable. Information on check in access will be e-mailed in advance of your arrival. The door code will be provided at the time of check in at the check in office. A credit card hold will be taken at check in for the damage deposit of $1,500. The credit card is not charged unless the rental property is damaged by the renters. In the event of damage, lost keys or parking pass, estimated costs of repair for any damage, replacement keys or parking pass, incurred during this rental period will be charged to the credit card. If there are exceptional cleaning charges resulting from this rental, over and above what is expected for a normal clean, the extra costs will be charged to this credit card. Please refrain from smoking in the home. Please remove outdoor shoes at the front entry. The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits for the extra booking fees. If you would like to shorten your reservation the full balance must be paid and if we can re book your days we will provide a refund based on the amount we receive from those days less a fee of 10% of the whole booking value. Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. Free wireless Internet is available at the full responsibility of the guest using it. Illegal downloads are forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred; the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. Excessive noise from the unit is not tolerated at anytime and can result in eviction. Quite time is between 10 pm and 8 am. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for costs resulting from noise complaints, which charges are not limited to, but could include security patrols and Strata fines. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 10 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families. Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property or occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.Ski in/ski out access is beyond our control due to inclement weather. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen closures and it is the guest's responsibility to determine whether ski in/ski out access is available. The trails are more suitable for intermediate or advance skiers and early and later in the season the access might become more difficult or not usable at all. Guests will be evicted after a warning except in extreme situations, in which case the guests may be evicted on the first offense. Evictions will result from property damage, excessive noise, excess guests, police complaints, use of illicit substances and other situations that can cause harm to other people or property. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort. Maximum Sleeping Capacity10 persons overnight - excess occupants will result in immediate eviction.
