Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closet in the hall. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.

BEACH / TRAM ACCESS:
• The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park located at 6350 East County Road 30-A ((URL HIDDEN) (URL HIDDEN) just down the street from The Hub. Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, the entrance to Deer Lake State Park is on the left. It is recommended that you drive into the park or ride bikes to the parking area. Once parked, the walk to the beach through the dunes is 0.5 miles.
• The closest public beach access with lifeguards on duty (in season), limited parking, handicap ramp, restroom and shower facilities is Bramble Grove (3.6 miles to the west). Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, travel 3.6 miles on 30A, the entrance to Bramble Grove Public Beach Access will be on the left (across from Santa Clara St).
• Tram Access: May 26 - September 4: Prominence offers free air conditioned shuttle service which will take you to the public beach access at Bramble Grove daily between the hours of 9am - 3pm CST. The shuttle can be picked up in front of the pool, you may contact the shuttle service at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for questions. The ride to the beach access is approx. 7 minutes.
• Beach Chairs: You will find (4) “30A Sea Story” backpack beach chairs in the garage for your use. Enjoy the use of the chairs, all we ask is that you wipe them clean before your departure so they’re clean for the guests following your stay.
• Bikes: Two Rent Gear Here cruiser adult bikes are at the home. Guests may rent the bikes for an additional $60 (total for both), please contact Sandra at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for payment info. Additional bikes or beach gear can be rented directly from Rent Gear Here at a 15% discount. Simply visit their website (URL HIDDEN) and enter the promo code ‘seastory’ to activate the discount.
• Pool/Gym: The gate code for both the pool and fitness center is 1357. Please, no rough play in the pool or on the pool decks. Pool hours are 9am through 10pm CST. Within the pool area you will find gas grills for guests use. A small fitness center is on the far side of the pool area. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the fitness room.
• Groceries: The closest grocery store is Publix, located 10 minutes away (by car). From the Prominence entrance, turn right onto 30A. Travel 4 miles, turn right at the stop sign on to County Road 395. Go 1 mile and the grocery store will be on your right.
• Trash: Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings. The trash bin is located in the garage. If there is any trash in the bin please bring it to the end of the driveway no later than Monday or Thursday evenings. After trash pickup please bring the bin back to the garage.

2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; homeowners and property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowners and property management are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to come over during the stay. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Vehicles can be parked in the two spots at the far left of the driveway (directly in front of the garage). One car may be parked in the garage, if needed. Please do not park in or block the driveways of neighboring properties. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
7. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
8. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
