• Bikes: Two Rent Gear Here cruiser adult bikes are at the home. Guests may rent the bikes for an additional $60 (total for both), please contact Sandra at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for payment info. Additional bikes or beach gear can be rented directly from Rent Gear Here at a 15% discount. Simply visit their website (URL HIDDEN) and enter the promo code ‘seastory’ to activate the discount.

• Pool/Gym: The gate code for both the pool and fitness center is 1357. Please, no rough play in the pool or on the pool decks. Pool hours are 9am through 10pm CST. Within the pool area you will find gas grills for guests use. A small fitness center is on the far side of the pool area. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the fitness room.

• Groceries: The closest grocery store is Publix, located 10 minutes away (by car). From the Prominence entrance, turn right onto 30A. Travel 4 miles, turn right at the stop sign on to County Road 395. Go 1 mile and the grocery store will be on your right.

• Trash: Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings. The trash bin is located in the garage. If there is any trash in the bin please bring it to the end of the driveway no later than Monday or Thursday evenings. After trash pickup please bring the bin back to the garage.

This is a great place to stay. The house is so nice, modern, and clean. The pool at the complex is very nice. Also, the Hub, right across the street is a fun place to visit and has pretty good food. The only downside of this home is distance (a little over 2 miles) from Rosemary Beach in one direction and Seagrove in the other direction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was away from the larger vacationing crowds, which was nice because there was less traffic. Comfortable, small neighborhood, with easy access. The Hub was a cool place w/great shops and merchandise! The condo was comfortable and furnished w/just about everything we needed, and there was more than sufficient space for our family. The only drawback was the property was close to the highway so it detracted from enjoying peace and quiet at night on the balcony.

Sandra was wonderful to rent from. Very quick to reply and thorough with details on the location. The rental was extremely clean and felt like home. The location was perfect with being a quick drive to the beach and steps away from the pool. The ammenties across the street at the Hub were a bonus and used frequently. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this family friendly beach and rental unit.

Wonderful place to stay near some of the most pristine beaches in the country. The home is exceptionally well maintained with beautiful finishes throughout. It's also conveniently located right across from a very cool entertainment and dining area called "The Hub". My entire family had a great time staying here and we hope to return soon.

Lovely home in a central location. Perfect for families with small kids/babies with extra amenities like a high chair which was very helpful. But would be just a great for those traveling without kids. Close to beaches. Quiet and well kept community. Would stay again.

absolutely awesome, as described in published rental info. very close to beach access however its not public, you have to pay per day, not much $3. across the street is The Hub, great little place for art shops and family fun, bar, big screen, and food only beware normal food for a very high price. we usually don't do the restaurant thing, since its not that great and expensive for the worth.
