Werri Cosy is a small two bedroom house located in a quiet street just 300m walk from Werri Beach.
The house has two queen beds, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and recently renovated bathroom. Relax on the front verandah in the hammock or entertain out the back with a large undercover deck and BBQ. The house is very private with a well vegetated garden, front hedge and bird attracting trees. Werri Cosy is perfectly located for couples and families wishing to explore Werri Beach and Gerringong with only a 5 minute walk to the main street. It is ideally located at the southern end of Werri Beach, perfect for surfing Werri Point and close to the flags and rock pools for families. There is a playground and skatepark only a 200m walk.

We live nearby and are on hand if you need anything during your stay. You will have complete privacy and will only see us to exchange keys.
Adult supervision is essential at all times especially when children are out in the garden.
The height of the front pergola is low. Please ensure you watch your head, particularly when exiting the property.
The flooring is a floating floor and spillages left for too long can cause the floor to swell and become damaged. Please ensure all spillages are cleaned immediately. Don’t wash the floor, leave that to us at the end of your stay.
To avoid a $50 surcharge, the barbeque must be cleaned. A cleaning kit has been provided for this purpose.
Garbage bins must be placed kerbside on Wednesday evening for early Thursday collection, the bins are as follows:
Red top bin for household rubbish (collected once a fortnight),
Yellow top for recycling (collected every week)
Green top for kitchen organics and green waste. Under the sink there is a kitchen organics caddy – place all food scraps and compostable materials into this bin and then empty in the green bin.
Please use the kitchen organics caddy to reduce your household rubbish as our red bins only get collected once a fortnight.
When departing ensure the following:
Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
Remove all your items from the fridge or freezer.
Check the BBQ is clean and covered otherwise a $50 surcharge will apply (deducted from your bond).
Wash and put away dishes/pans and/or empty dishwasher.
Empty all internal bins into external garbage bins.
Shut all windows and doors.
Turn off air conditioning and interior/exterior lights.
Replace any moved furniture to its original position.
Report any spillage, breakage or malfunction of household appliance
Vacate by 10am and place keys in the letterbox. The cleaner will arrive at approximately 10:30am.
Note that time spent in excess of 30 minutes rectifying the above will be charged against the bond.
