We (a couple) have stayed in Adi and Martina's place for 7 days.
First of all, the description and photos of this listing are correct.
The studio has its own entrance (near a quiet garage door), a private bathroom/WC and a fast Wi-Fi connection. We parked our car right in front of the studio. There was a nice small table with two chairs to sit outside.
As common in that area, the house is located in 3 meters from a road with a pedestrian zone, so it feels comfortable and quiet most of the time. Some noise was from a faster road located further, but not often and not extreme level, so felt quite comfortable too.
The whole village felt more like a well-maintained park, so we really enjoyed walking around. On a car, we could access Zurich, Konstanz - all within an hour even by common slow roads (Winterthur city is closer). There're shops and restaurants in the village, so you can get basic stuff even by foot.
Getting back to the studio. Overall, it felt very private and quiet, as Adi and Martina spent most of their time either at work or in the main part of the house, which is located a level higher (this is a hilly region). They've been open for communication too, but only when we were up to it. As a result, we felt private and the same time had our questions resolved and had once a great evening discussing all the interesting things with Adi.
Interior of the studio is of a good quality and design. Surprisingly it resembled us Thailand style, which we like a lot. There's one more door near the bathroom - it is closed from that side. Firstly we found it strange but then had no issues with it, just used that corner as a convenient place for our suitcase and bags. Note, near this door a switcher for the window shutters is placed - it very conveniently gives you additional hours of sleep in the dark and quietness!
The only issue that really troubled us has happened one evening/night during our stay and this is the common problem we've got into everywhere in Switzerland. This is a strong - at least for our noses - smell of manure (fertilizer) from farms or fields. If you happen to be at home when the smell comes and if it's an issue for you too, then close the window and the door and ask Adi to switch on house ventilation system. Other than that you can leave the area for several hours. As I said, from our experience this was one time per 7 days.
Overall, we think this was a great place to stay in Switzerland. Well-done and maintained studio, beautiful location and communication with Adi is a great memory we're taking with us.
