Very central and walking distance to both circular quay and city CBD. Would highly recommend staying here as it is great value for money!

The location of this apartment is great! Very near Circular Quay and also Wynyard Station for the public transit trains. Walkable to many sites and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was a great size for the two of us for a week. Having the laundry facility was helpful, too. We didn't get to swim in the rooftop pool due to the weather, but would have liked that if it had been hot outside. Not fancy, but clean and spacious. I would definitively go back.

We stayed for two weeks, location is great but the apartment and bulding need updating. Photos are very kind. There is v minimal crockery & cutlery, bathroom had vanity falling apart, broken light, inadequate shower screen resulting in a v wet floor and one bath mat supplied, (I believe the vanity is due for replacement). A/con runs cold then hot on the same setting, carpet is grubby, windows were v dirty with broken fittings, back alley outlook. On the positive side the laundry facilities (in bathroom) are good and the lobby of the building presents well. Front door security & lifts worked well. Great spot close to everything inc Quay but overpriced for the standard. Current George St construction made it fairly noisey but I can't comment aside from this based on its city centre location.

Keris and Arnold are very helpful and the check in process was a breeze - Arnold even had the keys delivered to my friend so that I could pick them up there. Clear information and instructions were given so that went well. Keris and Arnold are from a property management company and don't own this property, so I don't blame them for my experience. The property: the pictures in the listing are the actual property, however taken by a very good photographer and taken back when this apartment was still in decent shape! Upon entering the apartment, the first thing that hit me was the very unpleasant smell. This was even worse in the bathroom, soon after I found out that this is because of a leak in the pipes under the sink that has been leaking in the wooden bathroom furniture for a while. Arnold advised me this has indeed been there and the owner is aware... the silicone by the bathtub is brown, I went to buy bleach to clean it and bought air refresher to mask the smell. The bedroom had 2 broken bedlamps on each side - 1 even with the bottom part of the light bulb exposed which is a risk to get electrocuted. There was a bedspread in the closed that was brown of dirt and had bloodstains on it. The kitchen was functional and probably the nicest feature of the apartment. However the pots and pans were all unusable as they had been burned and were all black on the inside. The inside of the cabinets was dirty and above the stove the cabinet had grease inside. Walls around the property had dirt and stains on them. The living room furniture was in poor shape, pillows had cigarette holes. All of these issues were immediately reported to Arnold who apologized and advised he was going to get back to me the next day as there was no other option for that night. He showed up the next day with a cleaner to do another deep clean of bath and bedroom, the dirty bedspread was removed and the pots and pans were replaced by 1 tiny set of pans (not even half of the pots that had to be replaced). Bedlamps were left and I was told that there was only 1 other property available, however if I didn't like the one I was in right now he would not recommend the other one as it was in even worse shape. He also advised that the owner is aware of the leak, and that the owner "knows what he owns" but since the apartment is in such great location and it's always sold out, the owner is not in a hurry to do improvements and fix it up... Keris also called and offered to drop the cancellation fee if I wished to move out. And so I started looking for a new place, I could not stand the thought having to stay for 1...

Great location close to train and tourist destinations. Self contained kitchen is handy for staying longer. However the bathroom is old and requires some repairs. Bedroom requires cleaning.

Everything you need is in the apartment. There is a supermarket handy also. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Felt very safe walking at night.

The apartment is in an amazing location in The Rocks, walking distance to many tourist highlights. We didn't have any problems during our stay and would stay there again.
