A home for you from us-- two designers' living in the heart of downtown Manhattan. In Alphabet City (known for community gardens & underground jazz clubs, right beside Lower East Side/East Village). It's a sunny space with an outdoor patio- pretty unique layout for an NYC apt. Our bed is a FULL SIZE IKEA BED. Perfect place for traveling couple. This is our home-- not a random apartment. We are big into loving the things around us so the space stays uncluttered but definitely interesting ;).

HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT FROM JFK AIRPORT...
If you can afford it-- i would suggest to take an Uber or Uber pool. An Uber or a taxi could be around $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) depending on traffic. An Uber pool means you might be carpooling with strangers but the final price could be more like (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) depending on the time of your arrival.
Another option is to take public transportation. More info on that here: (URL HIDDEN)
This would mean following the signs for the Air Train (airport train) to subway station where you would take the Manhattan bound J train. From there you will walk about 10 minutes to our apartment. No need to worry about safety. Where we live-- and the majority of Manhattan is safe at all hours.
HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT FROM LGA AIRPORT...
Honestly the only efficient option is to go by cab or Uber. If you go by public transport then you will be taking a bus to a train and then walking a bit and that does not seem like the best option for coming to our apartment after an international flight.
- Please treat as if it is your own home. We love to make you feel part of the city and will be sharing all of our precious things and space with you.
- Turn off AC/Lock Door & Window to patio when you leave apt
- Please be advised that our apt is near Houston St. and has a general hum of street noise. Nothing crazy or abnormal for Manhattan. And AC blocks out most noise for sleeping-- but just something to keep in mind if you need things 100% quiet when your chillin'
