Keri's place was comfortable, clean, central and just what we needed. This unit is ideal for those with a family member in hospital. Close to the train station, it was easy to get to and then to have meetings etc in the city if I was working. Wifi was good. There are a few good restaurants around and Coles is a 2 minute walk away. A hosts true colours come out when a problem rears its head. I am really happy to say that things moved quickly and situations resolved easily. Thank you.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from St Leonard station. Home amenities were effective and provided as described.

We picked this place based on its proximity to our daughter's home here in St. Leonards. The apartment was a very short walk from her place! It's proximity to the train station made it ideal for exploring Sydney during our stay. The apartment was clean and ready for our use upon arrival. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay since our main focus was visiting with family. The apartment was spacious and clean but very impersonal since it is not owner occupied. Room lighting and task lighting for reading at night is poor. Kitchen is adequate for preparing light meals. The apartment is equivalent to a nice, spacious hotel room but anyone looking for a more personal touch for a trip to Sydney might be disappointed.

Hi Lynne, thanks so much for taking the time to write detailed feedback - much appreciated. I'm glad that overall you were happy, especially with the location. We have a dedicated property manager who meets our guests and personally checks them in at arrival time for all bookings. For guests arriving on weekends or very early in the morning or very late at night we do sometimes make alternate arrangements - however I understand that in this case our property manager did meet you at the property late on a Monday night to personally check you in (as you said). I also understand that the property manager sent someone to fix the issues you raised within 24 hours - we're sorry you experienced these issues. We had experienced a high volume of guests checking in and out of the property prior to your arrival, it is unusual for us to miss details but in this case it appears we did and I apologize for that. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will are using it to improve the apartment. Thanks again and we hope we can assist you again in the future. Best wishes
