The open plan and large windows give the illusion of more space. The living room is sunny with 2 comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a home entertainment system for your enjoyment. With throw cushions, side tables, lampshades, and wall paintings, this room in particular is very welcoming. The beautiful corner kitchen with overhead spotlights and wood dcor has a rustic charm. It’s fully equipped and has everything you could dream of and more when it comes to cooking in your vacation home. The large granite tops are easy to clean and give the space a modern touch. For those who want a quick snack or coffee, you can sit on one of the 2 wooden barstools. The beautiful dining room has a beautiful table made out of stained wood and wrought iron and it can seat 6 people.
There are 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one. The master room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable king-sized bed and matching furniture. The room has a lot of natural light and in addition, it has a door that opens up onto the patio area where there are 2 chairs and a small side table to sit at and take in the view. The master room also boasts a beautiful en-suite bathroom made out of wood and marble. With his and her vanities, a bath tub, and a separate shower, you’ll feel like you’re living a life of luxury. The second room is also impressive and beautifully furnished with a classic feel. It has two twin sized beds with matching furniture and it also has its own bathroom with a single vanity. Both the larger bedrooms have flat screen TVs, so there shouldn’t be any problem with arguments over who’s going to watch what. The third bedroom is a twin-size room, which would be ideal for younger guests. It has direct access to the full sized communal bathroom which can be found in the hallway. Every room throughout the home has its own ceiling fan, something essential during the hotter months.
To make life easier for you, there’s also a washing machine and a dryer that can be found in a larger closet. If you’ve got younger children, you’ll be catered for as the home provides a pack-n-play and ahigh chair.

Property Protection Premium: We offer a non-refundable Property Protection Premium of $69.00 (inclusive of tax) per property per booking which is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, payment of this fee ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,500 maximum). I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damage sustained to the property or its contents, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay. Any relevant costs (together with the cost of additional services requested) should be charged to my credit card as detailed below. I also understand that all IPG Homes are non-smoking, self catering units that do not allow any kind of pets unless the property description clearly states, “Pets Allowed”. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $400.00 (plus tax) per pet would apply. Smoking in the
property will incur a fee of $400.
Maximum Occupancy: I undertake to ensure that the maximum occupancy of the property (2 per bedroom plus 2 if the property has a sofa bed) is not exceeded at any time and understand that failure to comply with the maximum occupancy may result in expulsion from the property without refund and may also constitute a violation of State Law.
Check Out: I, and the rest of my party, will be checking out of the villa by 10 am on the day of departure stated above except where a late check out is available and has been approved the day before departure by calling the office. I understand that if a late check out has not been approved and paid for as stated, I will incur a minimum charge of one nights accommodation at the prevailing rack rate. I understand that if the key(s)/garage remote issued is/are not returned to IPG on the day of departure, I will be charged $60 per key and/or $50.00 per remote.
Swimming Facilities: I, and the rest of my party, in consideration of the use of the swimming facilities at the property (if applicable), hereby expressly assume all risks associated with our use of the swimming facilities and hereby release and hold harmless IPG Professional Management, Inc., IPG of America, Inc., and any and all parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of our use of the swimming facilities, whether or not caused by the negligence or negligent omission of Releasees, or any of them, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damages to our property, notwithstanding the foreseeability of such injuries or damages, which may occur as a result of our use of the swimming facilities. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without reference to its conflicts of law rules. I warrant I am at least 21 years of age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
