Apartment living can be more enjoyable for all of us if we are careful to observe the rules which are designed to make living at Apollo Apartments pleasant and comfortable.
In living together, each of us not only has certain rights, but also certain obligations to other tenants and guest.

The restrictions we impose upon ourselves are for our mutual benefit, and for the protection and enhancement of our investment.
All tenants,Air B&B guest and their respective guest,families and friends are and bound to comply with the House Rules and Regulations.

Apartment & Common Area
-We acknowledge the right of the residents,guest and tenants to entertain friends and have guests, certain restrictions must be observed. Residents,guests and tenants shall at all times maintain order and shall not make or permit any loud, improper or boisterous conduct or otherwise disturb the comfort of other occupant’s. Disorderly conduct, abusive language and noisy disturbances may result in immediate removal of all persons committing said offenses.
-Your apartment is for a peaceful dwelling not a commercial show room,gambling hideaway not even intended for religious gatherings and rage parties!Please be guided!
-Corridors and parking area must not be use as an extension to your living room thus loitering,public intoxication; vomiting,spitting and urinating are considered injurious to health and considered offensive manners and to morals therefore is considered proscribed act.
-The use of musical instruments, radios, televisions, stereos and tape recordings shall not be operated so as to harass, annoy or inconvenience any other tenants & guest.
-Tenants shall have no dogs, cats, or other animals.
-Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
-In and out,opening and closing of gates/doors are done by each residents and guest.Please be guided!

Repairs and Maintenance
-Must be reported immediately.

Parking
-A strict one car park must be observe.
-We expect you to park your vehicle in a proper and courteous manner. Visible demarcation lines are provided to guide you for proper parking.
-Car engine must not be left in a prolong period of time to avoid fumes built up.
-Car park must not be use as sleeping area or storage,
-Cleaning and overhauling of car is not allowed (including the changing of oil, tune-ups, etc.). In emergencies, however, a tire may be changed or a battery charged.
-No playing of any ball games

Force Majeure: If whole or any part of the apartment shall be destroyed or damage by fire,flood,lighting,typhoon,earthquake,storm,riot or any unforeseen disabling cause, as to render the apartment unfit for use and occupation then guest must vacate the apartment without any compensation.

CCTV's may reduce the risk of burglary but it is not an insurance or guarantee that such will not occur or that there will be no personal injury.property manager/host/owner shall have no liability for any loss,damage or claims.

Safety & Security
-Security is the responsibility of each Resident and each guest. Owner or property manager assumes no responsibility or liability, for residents’ and guests’ damage caused by unforeseen events,illegal entry,loss or injuries.
-Residents are prohibited from drinking alcohol around building premises outside of resident’s apartment.
-Residents shall refrain from using illegal drugs or the selling illegal drugs in or around building premises.
-Resident should ensure that all doors are locked during Resident’s absence.
-Resident should ensure that all appliances are turned off before departing from the premises.
-Resident shall refrain from smoking inside the apartment unit.
-Resident shall refrain from using or storing gasoline cleaning solvent or other combustibles in the unit.
-Grilling or barbecues are not permitted such act would constitute a fire hazard.And smoke and fire alarm will activated. No candles (birthday candles must be handled with care) mosquito coils or incense stick must be lit.
-Resident shall ensure that no personal belongings, including bicycles, play or fishing equipment or other items shall be left unattended in the halls, parking area, or about the building.

Housekeeping
-Don't forget and don't loose your keys you will be charge and we do not want that to happen.
-We would like you to help us conserve water and energy.Kindly shut off all electrical appliance and lights if not in use.Water faucet must always be closed properly.
-Sanitary napkins,sanitary tissues and diapers should not be flushed into the toilet bowl.We have provided appropriate bags for its proper disposal.

Tenants and AirB&B guest acknowledge that if a violation of any of the above rules and regulations are committed, Tenants,residents & Air B&B guest understand that charges and/or eviction may be used in response to the action. Tenants and Air B&B guest agrees to be responsible for their guests’,relatives and friends actions.Security Deposit will be forfeited in favor to the host as consequences to the mis-conduct.

The owner/host/property manager reserves the right at any time to make changes to these Rules and Regulations, as owner shall, in its judgment, determines to be necessary for the safety, and care of the premises.

We stayed at Mitch's place for 6 nights. It's truly a private hideaway since it's near the foot of a hill. Recommended for family with kids. Guests can sleep soundly at night. Place is easily accessible to public transpo. We preferred staying here after we saw how crazy the "centro" looked like. Too bad we failed to meet Mitch but it was nice to have her husband Fred bring over 5 German beers on our 2nd day. Thanks Sir! Tara was always on her toes throughout our stay. Will check in here again next time.

Ma'am Mitch was a great host, she provided me and my family with every thing we need. The place was clean and cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to malls and places we need to go to in the heart of the city. Would want to book her place again if we visit CDO again. Thanks maam!

Mitch&Kiko are very gracious, accomodating, easy to talked with hosts. The place exceeds our expectations! It is all as described in the post, very well maintained, and clean. We are very happy to get this place and for sure we will be coming back on our next trip to CDO. Gracie!
