One twin size bed. Bathroom is shared with one person. Dinner is cooked six nights a week and accommodates various diets. Food is included and there is a large kitchen with personal storage space.
Marpa House is an intentional community centered around spiritual practice. The House is predominately Buddhist, but the residents each have their own practice. You don't need to be religious (or any particular kind of religious) to stay here.

Marpa House is non smoking with no pets.
Helping with chores is required. Responsibilities include dinner cleanup twice a week, keeping the bathroom clean, and sweeping the porch.
