Right on the main pedestrian street - a comfortable 2-room apartment with a small kitchenette offering just what a traveller might need.
Top centre location - cafes, juice bars, and snacks right outside the building - 2-minute walking distance from the popular Kapana art area, and 5-minute fom the Old Town reserve. A small park and a playground right in front of the building - no traffic - kids and pets friendly (perfect for walks by the river). Great for couples and families.
The apartment is on the second floor (out of 4) in a beautiful building with preserved facade. It overlooks the back yard of the building, therefore it is very quiet. It consists of a living room with a small kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a WC.
In the kitchennete there is a fridge, a cooker with two hotplates and a small oven, some glasses, cups and pans, and cuttlery - just what a traveler might need.
In the living room there is a sofa (with a pull out mechanism), a large dining table, and a coffee table.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a cupboard and a mobile wardrobe to hang ironed clothing, if necessary.
The bathroom has a sink with a mirror, a WC, and a shower.
The hall has a mirror, a bench, and an authentic vintage Vienna hanger.
The apartment is simple, comfortable and functional. It has just what a traveller might need - nothing more, and nothing less.

One thing that is worth mentioning is that the shower area is quite small and close to the toilet ball. This however cannot be seen on the photos. Most people don't find this to be of concern, only a few have mentioned it.
An interesting fact to note: Hanged on the walls you will find the original drafts of the restoration of the Georgi Klianty House – the oldest house in the Plovdiv Old Town reserve. My husband’s mother, Elena Krivoshieva, is the chief restorer-artist, and the Georgi Klianty House is the project of her life – she has been working on it since the very rise of her professional career when she was in her twenties.
I am part of a family of four. Right now my time is mostly dedicated to my kids - a baby girl and a 5yr-old boy. I moved to Plovdiv about two years ago after having lived in Chicago, Sofia, Berlin, and I'm loving it!
