A great place to stay in the heart of Brighton, with underground parking. Right on Trafalgar St, step out into the bohemian North Laine area and visit its eclectic independent stores, coffee shops and eateries. It's a 5 minute walk to Brighton train station, and 15-20 minutes' walk to the seaside, Pier and Pavilion. Note there is scaffolding and some upgrade work going on at present.

Currently (as of late July) some building works on the top of the block are causing some disruption which we would like all prospective guests to be aware of. Contractors have proved noisy some mornings mid-week.

John Lewis linen and luxury hotel standard mattresses will give you a great night's sleep. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a super king size bed or two single beds - your choice.

The bathroom was renovated in 2016 with a new bath, shower and illuminated mirror.

Relax in the living room, with a brand new Ikea sofa which transforms to a king size sofa bed.

The kitchen's new too. Fresh orange juice and milk will be ready for you in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with crockery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave and everything you need. Eat at the breakfast bar or small table.

We also provide a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

WiFi is fast, and there's a 28 inch HD TV with Sky.

There is one parking space in a underground carpark accessible by lift, below the flat. Please note the vehicle headroom limit is 1.9m. Any taller than that and your vehicle will end up a convertible! Plus the space isn't suitable for any unusually long vehicles.

I can hopefully welcome you at the door and am normally around in town to be able to help out if needed. If I'm not available there is a key safe and i'm just at the end of the phone if you need to get hold of me.

Outside our apartment the communal hallways are in poor condition, with some marked and worn carpets - we are waiting for these to be replaced. Also please see the note about contractors working on the roof causing some noise and disruption.

A small additional fee will be charged for the extra bed linen if there are one-to-four guests staying who want to use the sofa bed.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential block so we just ask that you respect that and don't make too much noise or cause disturbance to our neighbours. Because of this we can't accept any stag or hen parties I'm afraid.

Flat very nice, central, quiet and comfortable. Ben was very kind and helpful with us for all the time. We spent a beautiful time in Brighton. Recommended to all!

This flat is great. Really great location, walking distance to the centre of town but enough bars restaurants and cafes near by to keep you occupied. Two of us were staying whilst working in town and it was literally everything we needed. The hosts were great at communicating throughout our stay. There was some building work being carried out on the building but ben gave us a heads up about this, they could be quite noisy at times but it did not affect our stay. Only time it became irritating was If we had over indulged the night before. Decent wifi and great selection of tv with the sky box. Would highly recommend and even more so once the building work is complete! Thanks a lot ! Ashley

A small group of my friends (3 people and myself) visited Ben's place at the start of August. We're delighted to say we had a wonderful trip and we're very impressed with our first ever Airbnb trip away. The house was close to everything we needed, came with parking which is very handy (parking in Brighton is very expensive otherwise!!) and even though there was some building work going on around the property during our stay, Ben was very accommodating about this and we appreciate our goodwill gesture. The house itself was well equipped with all we needed and kitted out with nice beds, quality facilities and a funky style throughout. Really enjoyed our stay here in Brighton and would recommend to all! Thanks again Ben.

Awesome flat! Nice and central to everything and having parking was incredibly handy. Ben was a great host that made the weekend stress free. Will definitely stay again!

The flat is located really close to the Lanes and the station, and an easy walk to the seafront, so it's the perfect base for exploring Brighton. The parking is a real bonus. Ben is a terrific host, sending all the information you need ahead of time. He was always available and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Ben's flat is in a fantastically central and hip location indeed. It is easy to take advantage of Brighton from here, and even nicer that there is a dedicated parking spot available. There were some minor issues during our stay (light out in the lift, hot water information needing to be more prominent) as well as scaffolding and construction in the building, so ask Ben about works issues as you book to make sure that your stay and sleep won't be disturbed. Also, consider how centrally located the flat is if you're booking with children or in search of lots of sleep. Ben is a great communicator, so this shouldn't be an issue!

This is great little flat located in easy walking distance to the railway station and the north laines. The flat had two well-sized bedrooms and a generous sofa-bed in the living room and there is a lift to the flat for those days when the stairs are just too much. Ben was a great host making sure we got in OK even though we didn't arrive until very late. Access was easy with keys and instructions available in an external key-safe. During our visit work was being carried on the building and it could be somewhat noisy at times. Irritating, but not a big issue. The only other issue we had was that the parking space was quite small but the rental car was not (a large SUV). We can safely recommend this flat to other visitors.

I love living here in Brighton and hope to help you have a great stay. I live in Brighton just round the corner with my partner, and enjoy Brighton's unique bohemian atmosphere. I can't live without our cats, or my partner, but as he's writing this, he would say that wouldn't he?
