Hi Ben, Thank you for your constructive feedback. I do appreciate you r viewpoint re the checkin and pre arrival emails. We actually use a very sophisticated Property Management System which is designed for corporate hotel chains so this can seem overkill sometimes. There is also the added complication that we let rooms at the property individually so when we have guests that wish to book the house as a whole the system recognised this as 6 individual room bookings and as such sends out a welcome email for each room and required our terms to be signed for each room. We are working to simplify this for whole house bookings but we are constrained by our software to a large degree as it manages multiple properties. On the plus side, It does provide all the details imaginable in terms of the property, amenities, the locality and is interactive for your convenience. This allows guests to have all information on their stay at their fingertips on any mobile device, smartphone etc. I will look to get the Gideon Bible scanned and uploaded as a PDF on to this app for the convenience of future guests.
