'Conifers' is near local shops, post-office, pubs and an award-winning fish & chip restaurant; golf (4 mins by car); Fishguard (10 mins by car); Haverfordwest (15 mins by car); Blue Flag sandy beaches; picturesque harbours; historic castles; family-friendly activities; the list goes on...
The house is spacious, very comfortable and offers holiday 'essentials': from Sonos sound system to luxury, hand-tufted king-sized beds; from power showers to a cosy log-burner; plus HD TV and leather sofas.
This small residential development is quiet. Really quiet. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the chaffinches, chattering wrens or the distant call of nesting rooks.
The neighbouring children set off to walk to the village school. A delivery van drops off someone's groceries. There's the sound of grass-cutting and hedge-trimming along the road. And maybe next door's friendly black cat will stroll across the lawn. That's as hectic as it gets in Nant-y-Ffynnon.

'Conifers' is not one of those tiny Pembrokshire cottage with far-reaching sea views; nor is it a hectic townhouse in one of our traditional seaside resorts. No, it's a wonderfully spacious and bright home (nearly new) where you can stretch out on comfy leather sofas and listen to your favourite music, G&T in hand, and chat about your fresh-air day-out in the National Park or at the blue-flag beach or visiting some of our county's beautiful historic houses and castles.
If you're after 'shabby-chic' and 'back to basics' accommodation, 'Conifers' is not for you. But if you prefer a touch of luxury with a dash of Scandi-style, please take a closer look.
(Oh, and don't forget to chill your G&T - and the children's refreshing cordial - with endless ice from our kitchen's ice-maker!)
