Cosy 2-bedrooms, preferred ground floor garden apartment set in sought after location within Charing Cross area, conveniently placed for West End, City Centre, Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Galleries, the acclaimed new ‘trendy’ restaurants, wine bars and cafes along Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, transport links and M8 networks. Ideal base to explore Glasgow City. The apartment is suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

A well presented, modern two bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor with the advantage of a main door access. This fantastic self-catering apartment is situated on the ground floor of a brick facade development which was built circa 1990. There is a private car park to the rear which offers ample off-street parking as well as having direct access into the flat via a private garden. The private garden is South facing, offering plenty of light and colour. The second entrance is directly off of Dorset Street and down a set of stairs, again giving access to a private garden.This apartment is perfect for any kind of travelers. It comes with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area where our guests can relax watching TV or having a cup of tea/coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dinnerware set, pots and pans so that our guests can prepare a proper breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bathroom comes with an electric shower and a bath tube.

Guests are allowed to access everything just like your home, but please be respectful! Feel free to use all the appliances but please take good care of it, if you need helps please get in touch with us. Besides, HD flat screen TV (this apartment also featured with BT Sports), free WIFI with superfast fibre broadband connection, hair dryer, ironing facility, fresh towels and linens are also included to facilitate your stay.

This apartment has a private parking facility that requires a security coded key to access, guests can use this facility subject to additional security deposit for the key. Alternatively, there are paid meter street parking which is free from 6PM to 8AM (Monday to Friday) and free during weekend but it can be quite busy most of the times.

Beds:

Bedroom-1: Sleeps 2 which comes with very comfortable twin-bed arrangement, however, the beds can easily be rearranged next to each other if you prefer to sleep closely. It also completes with a bedside table, table lamp, laptop friendly work-space and a built-in wardrobe which provides lots of storage space.

Bedroom-2: Sleeps 1 or 2 which comes with a very comfortable double bed,a bed side table, mirrored wardrobe and a chest drawers.

2 x Sofa beds in the lounge: Each sofa bed can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. This is a leather click-clack sofa beds which provide a small double sleeping area (114cm W x 185cm L).

Nobody wants to feel like they are in boarding school while they're on holiday, so there are very few house rules that are simple to follow and are in place so that the next guests can feel as welcome as you did - the rest is just common sense.

1) The flat and the entire building (including the atrium, lift,corridors, etc) are strictly NON-smoking areas, so please do not smoke. Smoking out of the window or the door open is still smoking in the flat/building and will incur a £150 cleaning fee!
2) The apartment benefits of a residential car park, for those who have a car and want to park it in our residential car park they will receive a key to having access to the car park in case the gates are closed. Losing the key will incur a £30 fee.
3) If you'd like to use the microwave, please make sure you cover your food by using the Pyrex Casserole Dish and Lid provided to avoid food splashes inside the microwave. The general cleaning after use should apply to the cooker and oven too.
4) Party is NOT ALLOWED within the flat. We do not cater for groups for stag do neither group for hens do. If you are planning to invite someone over, please let us know in advance.
5) This is a quiet residential block, please be respectful to our neighbours and please do not make excessive noise.

All in all is I would ask you to treat the place like it's your own home and be respectful. We will do our best to provide our guests high quality stay and hope you can help the next guest to enjoy the same. Thank you in advance and have a lovely stay x

Good location in Glasgow, close to city center, museums, pubs... plus parking. Furnishings are basic but nice enough. Communication with Mary was very smooth, though we never met.

I booked this for my husband and his work colleagues.Mary was very quick to respond and was also v helpful.I did not stay in the accomodation however the guests were v pleased with the apartment and location.

The apartment is located in a very convenient location. All of the appliances functioned well, but two of the beds were very uncomfortable. The advertisement listed the apartment as suited for 6 persons, but one two-person bed is so small it is only suited for couples. The check-in and check-out were very easy and quick.

Location was great and the host was easily reachable via email. The home had the perfect amount of space for a group traveling together. The check-in and out was also very simple.
