My home is 35 miles north of ATL airport - balanced between city and rural destinations. And for those driving a north/south route, it is ideally situated less than one mile from Interstate 75.
You’ll love my place because it has a calm, welcoming feel. It is decorated with original art and photography throughout. You'll sleep on a hand-restored, full-size antique bed with a plush mattress. Your bath is shared only if I have another guest at the same time. I welcome individuals & couples.
A nice amenity for business travelers (or anyone) is access to a full compliment of office machines. Because I work elusively from home, I have a laser printer, scanner, copy machine and fax connection. (WiFi of course too.) There is also a laptop desk in the room with basic office supplies.

Guests may enjoy nearly the entire home except my personal bedroom and bath. There is an empty shelf in the pantry and frig for your food and a well-equipped kitchen in which to cook it.

Acworth and the surrounding area are lovely and interesting. I have a created a book of nearby attractions, restaurants and stores to help you out. And feel free to ask me for suggestions too!
Quiet time after 10pm.
I make my living as a writer working from home. I've written a few non-fiction books and publish two monthly newsletters. I am also an award-winning watercolor artist and photographer.
I'm a quiet person but sociable. I love exploring, meeting people, historical venues or scenic vista. I don't smoke and seldom drink. My motto is "Life's good and I'm happy!"
