My place is close to Broken Spoke, Red's Porch, Lucy's Fried Chicken, New India Cuisine, Taqueria Arandas, ABGB, Maria's Taco Express. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, big groups, and furry friends (pets). I live behind a train track!
Great place, walkable to Matt's El Rancho, ABGB, Patika coffee, etc. I am dog friendly, please let me know what type of pet you are bringing if that's part of your plan. I am on the train track, so I've got a set of complimentary ear plugs for guests in the rear bedroom!
Disponible para huéspedes
You'll have access to the entire home, including yard space. Please respect the neighbors!
Atención a los huéspedes
Most the time, I'll be in town and available to help. If I'm not around, I've left my mother's number on the guest info sheet in the house in the event of a house-related emergency.
Otros aspectos destacables
Please note, I do have a doggie here when I'm home! He's a small dog, but if you are pet-sensitive, this would be important to note.
After some guests have brought pets an not been respectful of the space, I'm forced to add these additional requirements. I have a pet, and understand why one may want to bring them on travels. However, it shouldn't mean more for me to clean or deal with when you leave.
If you are bringing an AUTHORIZED pet (you've told me about the pet, and I've approved) and do not clean up after it (it makes a mess in the house or poops outside and you don't pick it up, it digs holes in the yard, etc) or allow it on the furniture/in beds, your deposit will be forfeited for extra cleaning.
No dogs allowed upstairs. The stairs are not easy for a pet to climb, and I don't want scratches on the floor.
PLEASE also be respectful of the wood furniture--- no wet towels and USE A COASTER!

I have been in Austin over 13 years, since attending UT Austin. From running around the lake, to hiking the greenbelt, seeing a show at Stubb's or swimming at Barton Springs, I love all of the great things Austin has to offer.
