HOUSE RULES: Please be reminded that this is an AIRBNB shared space and not a hotel. It operates mainly as "self serve" only. Do not expect hotel services nor accommodations (no daily cleaning,no daily supply of fresh towels, no slippers & etc, no porter service and no on-call 24 hr services). We do our best to deliver what we can on a budget price which is a rarity in Hongkong. *Do not use nor touch other beds which is not under your reservation or you will be charged for multiple beds. *Tidy up and wash your own dishes, mugs & kitchen utensils immediately after use. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CASH PENALTY DEDUCTED AGAINST YOUR CASH DEPOSIT. *Put trash in the trash bins provided. *No visitors allowed. *Lights off at midnight for all the overhead lights on the ceiling but the soft light lamps are ok to be on.*No curfew but observe noise control in consideration of other guests.*Note that no sex is allowed in public areas and on any areas of the property.*OTHER RULES: >1. No alteration to the property should be done in any way. No nails, glue, blue tacks, or similar kind on the walls, ceilings, doors are permitted. >2. Noise should be kept at a minimum level on hours as allowable by the owner, the building management & the city of Hong Kong. >3. No sub-letting of the apartment is allowed. >4. Any additional occupant (if any) should be reported and signed-in with TAO & should obtain prior approval from same. >5. No electric & electronic gadgets should be left plugged-in to the power outlet or left un-attended specially on the bed. Some of these gadgets generate heat and can start a fire when in contact with fabrics or highly flammable materials. >6. Please turn off all lights ,AC & appliances when leaving the property. Help prevent FIRE.>7. Everything and anything inside the property is not to be taken out at any time by the guest. >8. The Security Deposit held for TAO through AIR BNB is intended for the protection of loss or damage to anything & everything inside the property. The hold is fully released to the guest's credit card, 48 hours after check-out granting no damage or loss was incurred on the duration of the guest's stay. The terms of transaction of which is carried out by AIRBNB as stated on their website.>9. All PAYMENTS and/or refunds from canceled transactions are facilitated between AIRBNB & the guest. We, in TAO has not in any way or form has any direct access nor means to facilitate any of the abovementioned transactions as stated. >10. NO SMOKING, penalties apply.>11. TAO is not to be held responsible in any way to any injury,loss and/or any untoward incident which may arise in the duration of the guest's stay.>12. I loved my stay here, it was perfect for everything I needed. The Sheung Wan area is really convenient for getting around and I got to meet some cool people too.

우선 교통이 좋습니다. 셩완역에서 매우 가깝고 트램타기도 좋아요. 롼카이펑으로 연결되는 헐리우드로드 초입인점도.ㅎㅎ 다만 센트럴이나 침사추이같은 번화가를 원하는분들은 아마 원하는 위치는 아닐거에요. 그 외 화장실이 조금 조그맣고 냄새나는거정도만빼면 가격대비 굉장히 훌륭한숙소였다고 생각합니다.

Place is clean. Shoes are not allowed inside so bring house slippers (socks). Convenience stores are near, either on the MTR exit or the bus stop. Wifi was not that strong but it was helpful enough to read emails, but maybe not (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). The bed was okay. There are lots of extension cords, so you can charge multiple devices. It was really helpful that there was a kitchen you could use. The train station exit is close, but the train station is still 600 m far from the place. Bus stop is closer. Lots of taxis around this area.

Great and central location. 4 beds in common space. Plenty of outlets.

Good location. If you stay longer you hope they provide more kitchen utilities.
