The most alluring characteristic of this lovely 1.5BR apartment, other than its perfect Potts Point location, is the vast entertaining courtyard. Sit under the market umbrella on a warm summer's day, or enjoy some warming sun on a winter's day and soak up being in the beautiful city of Sydney.
The ground floor apartment offers an open plan living room (with adjacent bathroom), leading into the dining space and kitchen. There is a European laundry with washing machine and dryer, and of course the courtyard with an outdoor dining option for 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed. If necessary, the lounge also folds out into a sofa bed in the living room.
As with all Uptown Apartments, linen and towels are provided and wifi is free of charge. There is a large HD tv with platinum Foxtel access, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and an initial supply of capsules. The end result is a meticulously presented apartment perfectly suitable for short or long-term stays alike.

You will be provided with instructions for self-check-in once we process your booking. Once you collect your keys from the property, you just need to enter the front security door and find the door to the apartment straight ahead on the ground floor (though there are 3 or 4 steps to negotiate to get to the apartment door, which is why the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible). Once inside, you will have access to the entire apartment.

We leave you to enjoy the apartment in peace, but we do live nearby and are able to discuss any questions you have over the phone, or we can get to the apartment in around 20 minutes to attend to anything urgent.

We have 3 apartments in this block, but only one car space. Parking can be provided on a first-come-first-served basis for $20 per night. Street parking is restricted and limited, though there is a 24 hour car park within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
