Our condo is on the South end of Tybee, close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife. You can park your car and walk or bike anywhere on Tybee--just one of the reasons Tybee is so fun. You’ll love our place because of the light, the welcoming feeling, the kitchen, the comfort---the view out to the beach, and of course, being at the beach! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
- We have covered parking for two small to medium sized vehicles. Oversized vehicles will not fit. For example, if you have a large truck, you will not be able to fit two vehicles in the space.
- The condo is up twenty-eight steps, so you are above the street, but you need to be able to climb the stairs as we do not have an elevator.
- We are on the South end of the island nearby to the shopping and dining district--there is a restaurant in the next building and they have a band at night til 10, 11 on weekends. You can sit on the porch and listen to the music, or go inside and close the sliding glass doors and not hear it.

My wife, Mary, and I live on Tybee Island, GA, where she grew up. We met in college at Notre Dame and lived in Arkansas, where I am from, and Texas. We relocated to Tybee in 2007.
It is hard to pry us away from our little island where you can walk or bike to everything, including the beach and Back River. We like to kayak around the estuaries and explore the coastal area.
We have two condos we rent out via , listing #496488 and #301207--and now newly listed on AirBnB.
Besides being an attorney, I am the publisher of the Tidelog Graphic Almanac, the Tidebook, and print on demand NOAA charts, you can check it out online by searching Tidelog on the internet.
When we travel, it is usually to see family, but one thing good about living on an island, is that most family members come here to visit us-and the beach, of course!
We have two grown children, our daughter works with me running Tidelog, and our son is in the Army. Our son has a daughter, and our daughter has a son, so we are the proud grandparents of 2-if we had known how fun being grandparents is, we would have skipped the children--not really.
