Mitchell House is a versatile beautiful brick 2 family home. The home has a large front porch. Beautiful wood flooring and trim in the living room and dining room. The first and second floor living rooms have accent fireplaces in beautiful ceramic tile. Carpet in the bedrooms. The dining rooms can be separated from the living rooms by shutting the pocket doors. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchens.
Each apartment has two bedrooms. The third floor has two bedrooms and a sitting area with a work station.
There is a front balcony area that can be accessed off of the living rooms on the first and second floor as well as a porch off of the hallway on the first floor and a balcony off of the rear stairwell on the second floor.
The backyard is enclosed. Pergola with shading for those sunny days. There is a patio area to enjoy the peace and tranquilty as well as grill.
The laundry area is being renovated and not accessible at this time.
There is off street parking.
