My husband and I stayed here on a short trip to Aspen/Snowmass. It wasn't clear to me from the listing that this is run through a destination condo company and that there is no real communication with the listed host, Tom. You check in at a resort hotel beside the property which makes it convenient, but made resolving a bathroom that was never cleaned a challenge.
Its a nice property, large comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice half bathroom (which we never used because its hadn't been cleaned and despite our reporting to the very nice hotel staff, wasn't cleaned during our three day visit) and has pots and pans and dishes, but ultimately it felt like a Marriott Courtyard rather than like staying in someone's home. Personally, I stay at Airbnbs because I like that personal quality.
Small things: its on a busy street and in the summer, you have to keep the windows open because there is no air conditioning (you don't really need it because its the mountains) but it makes for disturbed sleep with cars going by late into the night and early in the morning.
While there are plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, and dish soap, there was nothing to clean the counter after you make dinner etc. (a small thing but if we were staying at someone's home, I would have asked for cleaner).
Finally, one of the two bathrooms wasn't cleaned when we arrived. I reported it to the hotel front desk staff. They were super nice and apologetic, and promised it would be resolved the next day, but upon our departure, it hadn't been cleaned. Probably a fluke but just felt like it was part of the whole impersonal experience.
I wouldn't necessarily not recommend this place. Its affordable, and close to Aspen, but I'd just understand what you are signing up for.
