My place is close to Parks, Greek Peak Ski Resort, Hope Lake Lodge, Indoor Waterpark, Golf Clubs, and a 10 min drive to the City of Cortland. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy beds, the kitchen, the view of the slopes, outdoor deck, and location to Greek Peak Ski Resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups of 8 or less.

Our condo is very unique because you will have an amazing view of the slopes and it is spectacular to see at night. There is also a free shuttle bus which runs about every 15 minutes. You can call the Hope Lake Lodge to send it whenever you are ready. But the slopes are so close you can easily walk!

1) We require the tenant to be at least 25 and we usually get a copy of driver’s license to verify.
2) The total number of guests sleeping at the premises will not exceed 8, or there will be a surcharge of $50 per extra guest per night at the owner’s discretion.
3) Storage of golf clubs and all golf equipment or skis and ski equipment will be in the ski locker and by no means permitted inside the premises. No golf shoes or ski boots or winter boots to be worn on the wall to wall carpeting.
4) Please contact the owner with any issues or concerns that arise during the duration of the stay, not the Greek Peak Resort.
CHECK IN AND OUT:
CHECK IN time is at 2pm – You are to arrive no earlier than 2pm so that the cleaning crew will have had an opportunity to get the premises ready.
CHECK OUT time is at Noon – You will only need to lock the keys in the unit and leave them on the kitchen counter but you must vacate by Noon in order to allow the cleaning crew time to prepare the premises for the next tenant.
THERE IS NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. A $75 surcharge per day will be assessed if evidence of pets or smoking is noted during your stay.
TELEVISION – Cable TV is provided in the living room, the master bedroom and the loft.
DAMAGES – Tenants agrees to and will be held responsible for any damages done to the leased property by himself, his family, or his guests for the duration of the stay.
PARKING - Two parking spaces per unit. Restrictions for vans, trucks, campers, etc. Boat trailers are not permitted in parking lots. Additional vehicle parking is allowed in the Greek peak parking lot.
QUIET – Tenant agrees to be respectful of the rights of other tenants to peace and quiet and will not participate in any loud activity that can be heard by other tenants.
JURISDICTION - Tenant agrees that legal jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute pertaining to this lease or the leased premises shall be in the County of Broome, State of New York or Cortland County, State of New York, whichever is elected by the Landlord.
OWNER AGREES TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
A clean and fully furnished two bedroom townhouse with 2 queen beds, and a loft with 3 single beds, two full baths, laundry room, full kitchen, sofa bed, deck, fireplace, televisions, ski locker.
The linens and towels will be provided. All other necessities are the responsibility of the TENANT.
