The Casita at the Derrig House is in the Armory Park Historic District next to downtown Tucson. The Casita with its bedroom and bath is a 2015 stand-alone addition to the 1888 Derrig House, one of Tucson's oldest houses. It is near Amtrak, the streetcar, the Convention Center and Gem Show, and downtown's entertainment district of restaurants, bars, and performance venues. Perfect for single travelers, couples, or business travelers. On street parking.
The bedroom is a spacious 17' x 17' and the bath 8' x 7'. The bedroom has a very comfortable, firm queen size bed, a desk, drawers, a desk chair, a wingback chair, a mini-fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, and closet space. The bath has a full tub and shower, sink, toilet, and mirrors.

The Casita porch has a table with two comfortable chairs. There are also two larger seating areas between the Casita and the main house. The laundry room has a washer, a dryer, an iron, and ironing board.
