A security deposit of £300 has been requested to cover damages, breakages, damages and repairs caused during your stay.

The house should be left in the same condition as it was on arrival.
Ensure all rubbish bins and the fridge freezer is emptied.

Use of the rental property is at the client’s own risk. The company takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained to the client or any of the client’s party as a consequence of this agreement or the occupancy thereof.

The client and party will have respect for the local area and will not cause any undue noise or disturbance.

The concierge has the right to enter the property at any reasonable time.

The terms and conditions relate to a holiday let and no tenancy or short assured tenancy is hereby created.

What a week, what a lovely home, what great hosts, and all in a prime location for walking to everything we possibly desired to do in St. Andrews! This spacious and wonderfully appointed Airbnb is a must have for anyone desiring a first class trip with their family to this historic town. Just a few short blocks to wonderful restaurants, golf, tourist sights, museums, groceries, ATM's, and boutique shops, we simply could not have asked for better accommodations to make our trip and time together as a family go absolutely perfectly!

This was the best Air bnb experience I have ever had! Elaine and Elliot made us feel so welcome, and provided us with the perfect place to enjoy St. Andrews. The house was jaw dropping with both old charm and beautiful new furnishings. We were easily able to gain access to the house and use all of the amenities that were described in the listing. The house was within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants in St. Andrews. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring and golf.
