Hi Kay, Id like to say the wifi is advertised as not actually in the apartment, but in communal areas on the listing, so I'm sorry if it wasn't visible enough for you before you booked- I will amend the listing to emphasise that point.
Re the Jacuzzi, as you were the first users this season, I should have added on the booking form, but once the resort worked on it, it was clean very soon after your arrival, but unfortunately, reception said you turned something off to stop it heating up & removed the cover on the first day of your stay, but from day 2, everything was perfect.
Re the air con, I was notified that it needed a new part, I had paid for it, and thought it had been fixed, but apparently the part is due for delivery the day you left. The resort could have provided you with additional bedding if you had asked.. They are very helpful and also said they could have given you a separate heater if the heater in the lounge wasn't heating the whole apartment up, it was shame you didn't speak to them about it. Im sorry you had a few troubles, but I am always available on email to sort anything out where I can, which I believe I did re the Jacuzzi.
