This RV accommodation offers secluded country living yet only one mile from downtown. Complete with kitchen supplies, warm and cozy living room with four view windows, heat and air conditioning, 2 queen size beds, + 1 double 1 twin beds, closets, books, Cable TV/Internet and outdoor sitting area.

Livingston has been rated among the top 10 markets in the U.S. and is home to several famous movie stars. Experience the breathtaking vistas and charm that made downtown Livingston the location of movies such as 'A River Runs Through It' and the 'Horse Whisperer' and was originally the gateway to Yellowstone Park. Downtown Livingston is the best outpost for explorations to Yellowstone Country, the Wild West at its Civilized Best, offering fine dining, art galleries, shops, bars with lots of music a quaint movie theatre, the smallness and views have been compared to Jackson Hole at 2/3 the cost.

Mystic Mountain RV is situated 1 mile to shopping, restaurants, antiques, art galleries and live music, 10 minutes to hiking and entertainment at Pine Creek lodge/restaurant and another 20 minutes to Chico Hot Springs. Yellowstone National Park is a 50 mile drive through beautiful Paradise Valley to Mamouth Hot Springs. Bozeman is only 23 miles and the Airport is 35 miles to the west. Billings is 110 miles east.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the rental apartment/RV however allowed outside only.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Trampoline on premise is NOT available for renters.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Parking is limited to two vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking at the top of driveway is also permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
Water and Septic: The RV is not on a standard septic systems. The septic system is very effective, though we will need to drive the RV 1 mile to the dump to empty black-water every few days to 1 wk depending on how many people are staying; however, it will clog up the hoses if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages fees.
Option A: If there is a storm, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Storm Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Storm Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Storm Warning," area, we will refund:

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Storm Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Storm Warning" period.
Option B: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.]

The owners are great. Super friendly couple and checking from the beginning that I had everything. Communication is excellent too. The RV is full equipped with Internet (WIFI from the main house), Cable TV, Hot water, fridge and AC. Clean and quiet. My only little issue was that I only realized that the RV was so close to the owner's house and around a residential area when I saw the reviews and after I paid. I was expecting something a little bit more private and secluded. In any case was a good experience. Thank you guys.

Chera and Bruce did a great job welcoming us and giving directions through the neighborhood. Livingston is such a great town! The RV is next to their house on top of a mountain with a great view. Even though it's near the house it still feels private and is a nice quiet getaway. A great surprise was a cute little rabbit hanging out near the RV when we got there! He even came to see us off. Chera and Bruce were wonderful hosts and thought of everything and more that could be helpful. I highly recommend staying here, not only for the wonderful hosts and very comfortable RV, but also for the town itself. We totally fell in love with Livingston. We'd come again!

Our experience at Chera's and Bruce's place was wonderful from start to finish. It just couldn't have been better! Their house and our downstairs apartment were attractive, comfortable, and spacious. It's located on a gorgeous hill 2 miles from the charming town of Livingston. It has a view of the entire valley from the living room picture window, or right at your feet if you just walk out the back door. The hosts were awesome people. We got to know them during our stay and they graciously shared their favorite hike and showed us around their town. This worked out perfectly for us and we look forward to returning some day.

Bruce and Chera were superb hosts. They communicated quickly and effectively. Bruce suggested a few places to eat, and I in turn, recommended them to my friends. He was spot on, especially with Gil's Goods. He also saved the day when I dropped my toothpaste cap down the drain. Thanks Bruce!
