The place is fully furnished and kitted out with all the amenities. Kitchen has a stove, toaster, kettle, pots, etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil are also provided.
Basic amenities are provided including clean bedding, fresh towel and bathroom supplies.
Safe building under 24 hours surveillance and front doors closed at night.

When you checkout, please leave the keys and card on the kitchen bench and lock the door as you leave.
Please make sure you turn off the lights and air con each time you leave the apartment.
There's a bit of noise coming from the street at night and it might feel a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper or not used to the city life.
We are very pleased to welcome guests into our beautiful home and provide them with the best Airbnb experience possible. In return we would appropriate that guests treat our home as it was theirs.
Please make sure you to take your rubbish out, do your dishes and try to keep the place clean. An extra cleaning fee of $60 will apply if the place is left in a very dirty state.
Key Return - Please leave the keys and card in the apartment when checking out and not at the front reception (that's the body corporate office).
Contact/Problems - This is not a hotel owned apartment and there is no reception. Please do not bother the body corporate office downstairs, if you have any problems please send us a message and we will be able to assist you.
Parking Permit - If you borrowed a parking permit from us please make sure you return it as you leave. You will be charged a $80 fine if not returned.
We would also expect guests to respect other guests and tenants living in the building. We do ask that noise is kept down after 10.00pm.
Smoking - Strictly no smoking in the apartment. The fire alarms are sensitive and may cause a building wide evacuation if triggered. The fire brigade may issue huge amount of fine to the causer if this happens. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.
Cooking - Use the range hood and take care not to make too much smoke as this can trigger the fire alarm.
